The location of this hotel is very convenient to the Great Lakes Naval Academy. I went to see my husband graduate and was able to bring him to the hotel and back with no hurry what so ever. We enjoyed our stay and the front desk clerks were very helpful with our trips to both Chicago and Milwaukee. ...
The room was very clean, lovely & nice. The smell was fresh. But the staff did not speak good English & did not respond to easily to a request. I arrived around 9:15 pm to check in, the manager was not very warm or friendly. He seemed like he was tired & didn't want to be bothered with. When I asked ...
We didn't realize this hotel was connected to a casino. It worked out because it meant we were also connected to a restaurant/buffet ($24/person I believe) The hotel itself was very nice. If you want an actual view of the arch, I would call the hotel to confirm this. The staff was very accommodating. ...
Wonderful stay at the Hyatt regency. I wanted to stay right next to the arch so I could get up and do my sightseeing. Parking is tricky but I managed. Parked in the lot behind the hotel. The lobby was beautiful. Staff was very friendly. The only issue is I could tell housekeeping didn’t do a thorough ...
My expectation was low it was better than expected for the price i paid so i was overall happy with the hotel and service provided. I would definitly recommend this hotel for this location.
Great location, all the staff I came in contact with was nice and professional. The extras the hotels have are a nice addition: free cocktails, breafast and an evening appetizers. Great stay at this great hotel. Hotel very clean
I have stayed at this hotel a few times. The rooms are large, the hotel doesn't seem very busy usually..or it's just so huge you don't notice. I always valet park my car and Uber anywhere I want to go. It is directly across from the Scott Trade Center and across the street from the train & mass transit ...
Convenient quick atop over was cost effective with plenty of food choices, close to numerous hiways and attractions. Casino right hand if your into that. Free parking too!
Check in went easily enough, the room was clean, the fridge and microwave worked, and the TV was functional, no complaints.
Everything was great except check in was at 4p and I wasn't able to get into my room until almost 6p. I wanted to shower and get ready for my evening from my hotel room and was 2 hrs late due to my room not being ready on time. Nothing was offered either, it seemed like that should just be expected, which it was not because I paid over $300 for 1 night. That kind of money is not something I spend lightly.
We originally had a room booked here through Hotels.com and had to cancel the reservations because of unforeseen circumstances. Long story short, we learned last minute we were still able to take the kids on vacation and booked the night prior to leaving through Orbitz and got our room through the same hotel much cheaper. The hotel was wonderful. The rooms were spacious and the beds were extremely comfortable. WiFi access was never bogged down. Complementary buffet style breakfast, as well as dinner. They have a “5:30 kickback” which is a card given to adults for 3 free drinks from the bar from 5:30-7. There is a nice pool and hot tub area with plenty of seating and fresh towels. The staff seemed extremely nice and genuinely happy to be there. One staff member brought out bags to small children during breakfast because it was their birthday. We went to The Science Center, Arch, Hard Rock Café, and City Musceum and were within 10 minutes or less of each of these. We had a great time and will definitely be staying at this hotel again.
