The experience was terrible, the heater was broke in the room. The thermostat wouldn’t go above 65. They had no maintenance to fix it. We put the sign out to clean our room and they didn’t clean it. The entire stay. The room was extremely dirty, and there was tape from a previous Resident left on the walls. The fan in the bathroom squealed went on. They didnt have coffee 2 out of 4 days in the morning.

Cockroaches-bugs

Had to leave at 1am the first night of our stay because of cockroaches. The girl was new and didn’t know how to help, manager wouldn’t answer the phone. Told me they would cover extra cost of a room at another Hilton hotel, but that wasn’t true. They then charged my card 3x over the next 3 days, almost $900, then told me it was only 2x and that they were being nice by refunding me at all, because they don’t refund if you book through 3rd party, and to call my bank. When I called back to tell them it actually is 3x, they stopped answering the phone. The place is also filled w mold, that they cover w paint. You can smell it as soon as you walk in the room. The carpet was so dirty, my socks were grey. I was expecting more from a Hilton hotel. I’m afraid to bring my luggage inside my house, afraid to bring bugs in. Also random people hanging out by the front door. I wouldn’t have left a review, if they would have handled it different. This ruined by whole weekend, I had to drive 2 hrs back home and then back the next morning, ruined my experience that we were looking forward to all summer

You get what you pay for

Check in and out was easy. Bed was clean and comfortable. Air conditioning didn’t work well. No hot breakfast provided and can’t take food to your room to eat per front desk staff and sign in lobby. Bathroom not very clean, don’t recommend the community hygiene products. Pool appeared nice.

I was looking for a quick overnight stay due to an out-of-town doctor's appointment. Our room was modern, clean, and with comfortable bedding. The front desk clerk was very friendly and helpful. The pool was clean and warm, as was the surrounding seating area. The price was excellent, and the coffee and continental breakfast were good. I would definitely return to this property.

The breakfast was horrible both mornings No hpt water in tea case - no microwave in food area just 1 in lobby area. Yogart machine was broken. Only fruit was old apples. Only thing to eat was vold cereal because no hot water fpt oatmeal. Veryy horrible breakfast

This place has really changed over the years .. used to be clean, now grimy. Staff was attentive and fun, now often rude. This last time was the last straw .. staff at the front desk was fine but the management was rude and greedy when I asked to check out a few days early due to a death in the family. The management acted like a robot and ignored my family's years of stay.

First impression was the elevator floor, yellow and sticky. Sticky stuff on night stand. Room had a wierd smell. Bathtub had holes / chips in it and had been patched... just not very anesthetically pleasing... i expected better from Hilton.
