The experience was terrible, the heater was broke in the room. The thermostat wouldn’t go above 65. They had no maintenance to fix it. We put the sign out to clean our room and they didn’t clean it. The entire stay. The room was extremely dirty, and there was tape from a previous Resident left on the walls. The fan in the bathroom squealed went on. They didnt have coffee 2 out of 4 days in the morning.

The property had just been updated October 2024. It was very clean. The bed that we had was somewhat hard though. The room was very clean. However, it was very basic. There was not a coffee pot, or an ice bucket, or even drinking cups. There was coffee in the lobby though. They did not have the small sizes of the shampoo, conditioner, and lotion. They did have larger bottles that were attached to the wall by the sink, and also attached to the shower wall. This was more convenient than having the tiny bottles. Overall, we really like this property. We will definitely stay again.

Don’t go

From the moment we walked in the floors were filthy, and sticky. The elevator floor had filth caked in the corners, but it looked like the floor had been mopped with dirty water and left to dry- and it smelled. We go to our room and my 4yr old plugged his nose and said it stinks. I believe the floors were damp and musty as my socks became wet if I walked on the floor. There was a nicotine pouch stuck to the wall. The air conditioner didn’t work and was loud on and off all night. I turned the bathroom fan on and the air circulating reeked of weed. Some of my neighbors forgot they were in a hotel and kept us up most of the night. When I checked out the staff was apologetic and gave me point for a free night stay- but you couldn’t pay me to go back.

Super clean

Very clean hotel. Close to the expressway depending on what side of the hotel you are on. Nothing turning major just turn up the tv a bit. Excellent service from the front desk representative Steven. Basic breakfast, but free breakfast is free breakfast. Only thing I didn’t like was house keeping knocking on my door at 9:45am asking if I’m checking out when checkout time is noon. Air conditioning a little on the noisier side but could be the room I was in. Other than that every thing super clean. Walking distance to a gas station to run and get snacks and also a McDonalds

Highly wouldn’t recommend they said check out was at 12 o’clock. Noon I left and came back at 10 AM and my room had already been cleaned and the general manager Steven Poelman informed me that just because checkout is at 12 that doesn’t mean they start cleaning rooms at 12. They start cleaning rooms at 9 AM and I did not inform them that I was leaving overnight and I should have told the front desk that I was leaving for a few hours and coming back when I asked where does that state at in a policy he told me it was common sense. All my belongings was taken out of the room and when I asked where my things were, he said he doesn’t know things end up escalating. I called the police to retrieve my things and I still did not get all my belongings. Don’t stay here unless you want you privacy invaded!!!

The whole hotel could use a very good cleaning. Our room was very loud. I am not real sure, but I think that maybe the air conditioner was making banging noises all night, and our window in our hotel room was cracked. But the thing that worried me was when I was checking out, a patron was complaining to the checkout clerk, that one of the side entry doors was open all night. He claimed that at midnight, he had told one of the staff about it, and he found that the door was still ajar when he woke in the morning, He claimed the staff never fixed the unsafe problem.

This location was very nice. No microwave in the room, but there was one in the common area that the front desk employee Connor directed me to. He was very friendly! The bed was very comfortable and the room had lots of space. Definitely a great stay! Met some great people here too.

Stayed one night. Good, convenient location. Hotel room was decent. Seemed like it may not have been vacuumed. Bed was comfortable. There were no cups in the room for water, which was a little weird. Breakfast was fine, mostly carbs. The breakfast room itself wasn't very clean. Coffee was out, and no one was around to ask to refill it.
