Maintenance is horrible, otherwise it's a beautiful building

We got a jacuzzi room with a king bed. All the flat surfaces in the room were dusty, the towel rack in the bathroom was pulled from the wall and barely hanging on. The end tables were all scratched up as well. The location was good, there was a restaurant across the parking lot that had good food. There was no elevator to the second floor either. Overall the property needs updating badly and the staff need to clean better.

The property has decent bones but could really use some tlc. Its in need of updates/maintenance. The lady at check in was very nice. Evidently they had only 1 ice machine for the entire hotel and it was out of order. Much room for improvement. With that said its better than many and not a bad value with a decent indoor pool and hot tub.

It needs to be updated. And very loud. Very dirty......

This property has electrical problem. My room didn't have heat due to circuit overlay. Staff explanation was that two room can't turn on the heat in the same time. My only thought was was this a hotel by design, right???? The breakfast was so so, Just expecting food from $40 dollar hotel, not from one I just paid for $100+. I will not stay in this one only if I pay for $40 or less.

Hotel on the outside is cute. However the side entrance door was broken and smelled like stale urine. There were sketchy people sitting outside all around the building smoking and drinking. The hotel has an indoor pool area. Our room was facing the pool so it got noisy at night. We live in a major city so that wasn’t an issue for us. But the sheets had what looked like vomit stains on them and there were stains on the carpet. The furniture was dated and the room was very dark/heavy and desperately needed a renovation. It didn’t help our window faced the same broken entranceway and there was no natural light in the room. The breakfast was ok, pretty standard. However, even though it was very busy and there were still a bunch of people eating, the girl who stocked the food turned off the machines and took food away as I was literally making a plate right in front of her. Thought that was very rude. We won’t stay again. Especially for the price.

Smoke smelled hallways. People congregating by the entrances smoking. Carpet was nasty. Did not have a blanket for the bed.

We stayed for 4 days and it was a very good experience. The staff was friendly and someone was always around. It was easy to find, it was clean, the breakfast was nice, and so was the pool. I would stay here again and recommend it to friends/family.

We were getting our daughter registered for college, just needed a decent place to sleep. Friendly helpful staff. Rooms were decent. Pretty clean. Nice pool area. Decent continental breakfast. All in all it was a good stay with a decent price.

We really enjoyed the pool area. We used that a lot. Breakfast was good. Staff & cleanliness was good. The one complaint I have is that the second day we were there, the hotel almost completely cleared out at check out time. We pretty much had the place to ourselves. Then when somebody did check in they put them in the room right next to ours. The rooms could be adjoining...so very thin walls. I don't want to say what noises we were hearing (plain as day) in the next room, but with all those empty rooms, why put people right on top of each other? That doesn't make any sense to me.

I took 3 little girls overnight for some pool time and they loved it. They also have arcade games, pool tables, foosball, etc. Breakfast was included and there was a nice variety. The hotel could use some updating. Close to restaurants, bowling alley, skating rink and Rivertown Crossings mall.

Hotel is showing it's age. Rooms are a little cramped, beds are quite uncomfortable. The pool and hot tub were nice and breakfast was standard. During our stay a large group were having a party/reunion and they took over the entire game and pool area. They were using all the tables and chairs and had pizzas sprawled out covering the pool table making it unusable for any other guests! This "party" went on from check in at 4 pm continuing through breakfast until we checked out at 11 am. We had to eat our breakfast in our rooms as the group did not leave 1 empty table or chair. The heat went out that night and the staff did a wonderful job moving guests to the 1st floor. We were told the owner had traveled to India.
