Staff was very friendly and courteous and the facilities were well maintained. Definitely would stay here again in the future
My room was clean & comfortable, the staff was friendly and helpful and the breakfast had a large selection and was kept fresh and picked up. Excellent place to stay.
This hotel is wonderfully cleaned and staffed with large rooms. The surrounding area is busy and blows but the price is the best for grand rapids stays, despite being a way from downtown there is alot of shopping options.
Pet friendly was great. Near exit to outside green areas.
Overpriced hotel with minimal amenities. Room had no air conditioning. When I reported it to the front desk was told that I could be offered bonus loyalty program points - not have the air repaired. Other minor issues as well. With many alternative hotels in the vacinity, would stay somewhere ...
Great people working here! Very clean! Courteous also.
Complimentary breakfast and dinner. Nice room with kitchen available.
Good location; restaurants nearby. Close to airport n shopping
This is the second time we stayed at this location very convenient for what we have to do in Grand Rapids and everything is just the way we like it
