Loved the location! I’ve never been to a place where it was so easy to walk my dog in the morning. Things were very close by and easy to access. The night shift concierge was awesome! Very kind and helpful. In the morning things were different and breakfast was cleaned up at least half an hour before the posted time. The pool wasn’t unlocked at posted opening time, and the pool area as well as the pool itself was less than clean. However it was good for a place to stay for the night and had a hot tub as well as the pool. I would stay there again to give it another chance.
The first room we were given was not cleaned from the previous customer. we were then moved to another room which was better but still had cans stuffed in a dresser which wasn't cleaned out.

The staff was very nice but out of any type of uniform or name badge to identify them as staff. The room was clean enough, but had only a tiny amount of toilet paper and the shower didn’t work properly. If it was half the price, I wouldn’t care, but for $120/night I would expect better.
My room had old chip particles on the floor, no shower curtain, moldy stains on ceiling and no refrigerator. Hallways were dirty and dingy and no breakfast of any kind offered.
Where to begin. Refrigerator use is only on the second floor,the tv did not work,the wifi did not work,went to take a shower,the hot water was not working,was told that the hot water had to be turned on by custodian. It was an all around nightmare.
The location is easy access, off the interstate. We had our 9lb. dog with us so we paid the pet fee and were put in the "dog rooms" area on the first floor...the room was fairly clean but smelled a bit, carpet was torn, beds were pretty comfy but the pillows are tiny, little square size and way too small. My husband and son went swimming in the pool, which looks ok, but the hot tub had SO much chlorine in it, they got out immediately as it burned their eyes. That is not a good sign when they are over-chlorinating = bacteria. Breakfast was ok, they were out of several items....oh well. It was free. The bad part about staying there near the interstate was the shady characters...not sure if they were staying there or doing business there...let's just say it felt sketchy. And the next morning, there was litter everywhere....beer cans, packaging etc. strewn outside. My husband found out later in the day, when we made it home, that he had left his phone charge with power deck plugged in by the desk in the room and unfortunately, no one seems to have found it....I'll update later if they do. Not happy about that at all. We won't be staying there again.

Hotel staff was great. But we had no hot water for showers in the morning and the snowplow buried the cars in the parking lot.
Close to wedding venue. Breakfast was nice, excellent friendly staff. Hotel needs a little maintenance, beds comfortable, rooms aging but relatively clean.
Not many options in Hudsonville, but we were going to a wedding at The Pinnacle Center and the hotel is located right across the street. Check in was quick and the front desk employees were very friendly. The exterior door was never locked even though there was supposed to be card entry. Our room was clean, but humid and had a smell. I wouldn’t go out of my way to stay here again, but we did not have a bad experience.
Overall cleanliness is poor. You will find it unpleasant. Room was ok.
Roos were filthy , carpets, furniture and sheet filthy.. drains clogged, security doors didn't work, parking lot dis repair, window seals broken, wallpaper stapled to walls. The place truly was the worst hotel i had ever stayed at. Not even a maid present for two days
By far, one of the worst hotels I have ever stayed in. It appears there is a water problem in sinks. 1st room did not have running water in the sink and the 2nd room, there was hardly any water pressure. The hotel is outdated, dirty and torn out carpet, no fridge or microwaves in rooms and over priced. Location is the only positive thing I can say about it.
We have no complaints at all. Didn't get to try out the pool, but we hope to in future stays. Yes! We will be staying there again.
Stayed overnight for a family wedding in Holland, MI. Close enough since I couldn't get a reservation in a Holland location.
Average hotel, outdated, wall paper removed from walls not replaced in hall ways. Room seemed clean, however the ice bucket had the liner and still had water in it from the last guest, so was the room cleaned ?
