Recent guest reviews

Housekeeping services were only available upon request and that fact was not explained at check in. Even when requested, sometimes service was just not performed at all. One of the days it was performed, staff banged on the door at 9am (before we were ready to leave) - while service on other days had been performed late morning. No explanation was given for highly variable service.

This property is centrally located to many areas of Grand Rapids. Very comfortable rooms, with several dining options close by. Staff very accommodating, coupled with super easy parking makes for a positive stay.

Good location

Room had a nice layout with classic quality appointments/furniture. Although on 5th floor, some minor traffic noise from the freeway (room faced the highway). Staff was friendly/polite. I would stay here again!

Rooms are nice. Close to the hospital. No healthy options for breakfast. No Dt.Coke to purchase.

Room was nice. Staff was friendly and helpful. Since the buffet was closed due to certain circumstances a free breakfast was given instead with many choices. Would stay again.

Room design is poor. Few drawers and shelves. Non enclosed bathroom sink and counter. No privacy. Poor lighting operating directions. Very noisy air conditioning/heating system. Cycling interrupts sleep. Had to reset key card every day.

Upon arriving our room was not ready. The front desk lady was not sure what was going on. She just said your room is not ready and check back. After an hour we had asked multiple times about the room and finally a manager arrived and “unblocked” rooms. There were many rooms ready and not sure why they would “block” them. We were told the hotel was sold out and many late checkouts. Why would you allow a late checkout when you are sold out? Finally after getting into a room, it was so dirty. Stains on the linens, the molding was falling off the wall and the cups had literally poop on the rim. Never was cleaned. The sink was obviously not cleaned and there were white stains on the door. We were never told breakfast was not included, the lobby was a mess and they had zero coffee available for us as our room mugs were again gross and dirty. I will never stay here again and very disappointed in the quality of stay for the cost.

The room layout was a bit weird; sink in one area, shower in another. The room was nice and the TV had good pay channels. The bad part was that that the bed was a bit hard and the pillows were terrible.

Very nice & clean. Was nicer in person than photos shows. staff was friendly & gave suggestions on what to do in the area.

Very nice. Would recommend. Very clean. Nice staff.
