Room design is poor. Few drawers and shelves. Non enclosed bathroom sink and counter. No privacy. Poor lighting operating directions. Very noisy air conditioning/heating system. Cycling interrupts sleep. Had to reset key card every day.
Upon arriving our room was not ready. The front desk lady was not sure what was going on. She just said your room is not ready and check back. After an hour we had asked multiple times about the room and finally a manager arrived and “unblocked” rooms. There were many rooms ready and not sure why they would “block” them. We were told the hotel was sold out and many late checkouts. Why would you allow a late checkout when you are sold out? Finally after getting into a room, it was so dirty. Stains on the linens, the molding was falling off the wall and the cups had literally poop on the rim. Never was cleaned. The sink was obviously not cleaned and there were white stains on the door. We were never told breakfast was not included, the lobby was a mess and they had zero coffee available for us as our room mugs were again gross and dirty. I will never stay here again and very disappointed in the quality of stay for the cost.
The room layout was a bit weird; sink in one area, shower in another. The room was nice and the TV had good pay channels. The bad part was that that the bed was a bit hard and the pillows were terrible.
Very nice & clean. Was nicer in person than photos shows. staff was friendly & gave suggestions on what to do in the area.

We stayed 1 night while we were passing through on a long trip. The hotel was clean, the staff was friendly and there were no problems. Breakfast was the best we have ever had for a free breakfast. I hate to travel so this hotel was a pleasant surprise on a long journey!
Booked the room in advance for the GR Griffins Star Wars night. Easy check in, clean room and friendly service. I would stay again.
