There were long black hairs in the shower. The toilet was very low. The mattress was very firm such that hips and shoulders were pressure points and hurt all night.

Overall good experience. Only comment relates to the parking situation, particularly instructions to exit. Appears I needed my room key, but that is turned in at check out, pit credit card in (think I might have been charged twice) and still gate didn’t open. Finally an individual came over and used a badge (or his room key) to let us out. Bottom line, nice stay but understand how you get out
