Just not for me
Very disappointed with these accommodations. The facility was dirty and unkept (broken furniture, rusty appliances.) Outside key entry doors were ajar. Found live roaches in the room and left within 10 minutes. Surprised Orbitz offers this accommodation as an option.
Booked me room knowing the television didn't work when I complained they seemed to have an attitude
Room was supposed to be a non smoking, I got to the hotel at midnight after a 7 hours drive and when I opened the door of the room it was like a huge ashtray, worst experience in long time, called the front desk and there were no available rooms nor any device or service to solve the issue. Terrible
I didn’t like that it was in the woods kind of away so it was creepy but it was a decent hotel very quiet could be upgraded tho furniture and sheets seemed kind of old
It had just the bare bones. No carpet. Cold atmosphere. Was afraid for the safety of my car. Felt like a dorm room. No breakfast for the money.
This property needs some renovations. The first room they gave us smelled like urine and the carpet was disgusting. The next room had mold on the bathroom door and on the cabinet over the cooktop. The carpet looked like it hadn't been cleaned in years. The fridge was old and rusty. We will not be staying at this hotel brand again.
Dirty towels still in room when we check in. Bathroom sink handle kept coming off. Place was just nasty
The room was ok. I arrived early and tired from a trip and the young man behind the counter let me know that check in was at 3 and I should come back at that time. I asked if there was any possibility that I could check in early and he said no. Didn't even check to see if there was anything available. This was the first time I've ever had a situation where the front desk wouldn't accommodate me after a long tiresome trip.
Good area
Was outside waiting for 20 minutes to get someone to the door to check us in. When desk clerk finally woke up she did not have 2 words to say, didn't smile, or apologize. Gave us a handicap room with a broken toilet. We had the room for 2 nights but checked out early and move to a different hotel.
Clean and staff was friendly. Pretty easy check-in. There is a weird smell
