Comfortable two bedroom, 1.5 bath condo. Recently updated with new paint, flooring, appliances and furnishings. Enjoy the Florida weather in the screened in patio, or on a hot day take a dip in the community pool. Shopping and dining opportunities are within a short 5 minute car ride to the newly expanded Butler Plaza or Celebration Point. We are approximately 4 miles from Shands Hospital, the VA Hospital and 5 miles from the University of Florida. Easy access to I-75.
