We love this hotel. Location is great but be aware it gets LOUD overnight. It’s right downtown by the Bars and restaurants. But everything else is perfect. And it has great beds.

Loved our stay here. The hotel was clean, spacious, and located in a central part of town close to the hospital. The breakfast was 5 stars. The only complaint is the parking. There is no parking or valet for this hotel. You can only park in the spots near for up to 3 hours during the day. They need to offer some type of valet service. There are parking garages around but they are either $30 a day or very far away for the affordable one. I had a newborn with me and needed to visit my other twin newborn at Shands. Walking very long distances to a parking garage was not best. There is a large population of homeless people who hang around as well.

Ideal location within walking distance of everything you need. Close to UF. Every single member of the staff was just outstanding. The room was clean and quiet (with the help of the white noise machine they provided...:-). The breakfast buffet was really good and they have beautiful balcony on the second floor so you can enjoy your breakfast (or later) a happy hour drink, outdoors. They no longer have valet parking, which was fine by me. There is a garage a block away that you can park for $30 a night or one 3 blocks away for $10 a night. On weekends, street parking is free until Monday at 10 a.m. and, at least on this particular weekend, there were plenty of open spaces right near the hotel. This is my favorite hotel in Gainesville!

Great location to family and friends , front desk check excellent, room clean over looks the pool area. truly making this our hotel in Gainesville when visiting family was looking to come back for Thanksgiving week but price is triple although its worth it but to expensive at this time.
