We arrived very late to check in. It was 11 pm we got very tired from a long drive (8hrs). Room was ok but at 2 am my daughter notice something walking on her face. It was a cockroach! I immediately call the front desk someone came and took it out but we haven’t been able to sleep. The person that came was sleepy and not very helpful. Next morning I contacted the manager to do a deep cleaning of our room. It was impossible to get a different room or something in other hotel. It was moving date for UF and everything was sold out.
Room was not cleaned well. Previous occupant food was in refrig. Spots on floor.
The hotel is nice on the outside/inside but the breakfast I don’t recommend eating at all. They do not cook the food throughly. The bed isn’t comfortable at all, I woke up with back pain. & the pool smells like straight chlorine. I don’t recommend going in there.
