The check in staff was super friendly and sweet. Very efficient and made the process quick and painless. ADA bathroom did have grab bars with the tub, but no shower seat in the room. Good layout for the room. Lumpy chicken nugget pillows and the sheets didn't stay on the bed.

I had a good experience with SpringHills suite. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The only thing I can say is that the tub and sink did not drain well and had issues with my toilet but the staff fixed my toilet issue quickly.
