This is a HAPPY PLACE!

Excellent VRBO. Clean, quiet and comfortable. Close to Shands hospital and a short walk to restaurants, bars, book store and Starbucks. Highly recommend..will come back next time we are in Gainesville!

Unique and cozy with Character

We were in Awe of all of the Character and care that has gone into this property. Wish we had more time to spend here. Matt made the whole experience perfect! He went above and beyond and was available no matter what time we needed him. The whole experience would not have been the same without his hospitality! We will definitely stay here again!

Prime location

Walking distance to great restaurants and the best coffee shop in Gainesville is literally around the corner. The place is small, but has all the essentials. If you are not too fussy, this is a great spot.

hidden gem

this place was awesome. it was the absolute perfect location. we are very covid careful and I felt like this place was very clean. its right next to a little coffee shop which is a bonus because i could escape my kids and drink right outside in the little patio area. small place but perfect for staying indoors and cooking your food. full size fridge, heater for cold nights and netflix included. All the utensils you needed were here. 15 mins from all sorts of food options, grocery stores and walmart/target. easy to find. just impressed with the place. my only suggestion is that it needs a bit more decoration inside but thjats just because i like to stay at a really done up place.
