Clean lobby, breakfast area, and room. Bed/pillows/comforters are soft and plush. Breakfast included waffles, fried eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy, grits, cereal, fresh apples, yogurt, juices, and coffee. Free chocolate chip and M&M cookies, popcorn, coffee, and tea until 11 pm. Quiet neighborhood and hotel. Very close to UF medical facilities without the need to get onto the interstate.

The room was clean and spacious. Front desk clerk- specifically the day 7am - 7pm staff was very kind and helpful. The breakfast was good and the room rate was great. It’s one of the best Sleep Inns I’ve stayed at. I recommend it to anyone and will stay again if I’m in Gainsville.
