The elevator did not work the last 4 days and I saw no one working on it. Asked for a room cleaning twice. The never did come. The room smelled like mold and set my asthma off

When we were attempting to check in they didn’t accept my chime credit card. They had a sign that said it’s be like for over a year, however when booking online. Nowhere did it mention that information, I even showed them what I was seeing on my end and still proceeded to say the information is there.

Road trip

Older hotel, but has been updated. Clean. We had double beds, smaller than we like. One bed was OK, but not overly comfortable- the other bed broken down and one could feel the springs. Breakfast was the usual hotel breakfast with sausage, powdered eggs, yogurt, etc. Pet friendly!
