nice hotel ,near to university but some difficulties to parking at night inside hotel maybe first days of class at university

In and out. Loved, cute tall attentive bartender in peisano

The hostess gave me a ride to my interview at shands. A++

The hotel and staff were nice, and I enjoyed my stay there. The hotel is convenient to downtown, the college, and surrounding areas. And was not that far from the airport. Thanks...

Very conveniently located if you have to go to UF or Shands Hospital

I staid in this hotel for a short business trip. It is extremely close to UF, which was the main draw. The hotel was fine. The main issue was the fact that the heat/ac unit was extremely load, even when the fan was on low or automatic.

Hotel was clean and rooms very comfortable. Staff very plesabt and helpful. Only complaint was breakfast. At over a $120 a night I expected a little more than mini packs of cereal and English muffins. It would have been less of an insult if breakfast wasn't included. Location was good for UF and great eating place, Leonardos Bistro directly across the road.

Clean room, friendly staff. Complimentary breakfast was minimal. Morning coffee was good

This room would have been great if it was about 80 dollars less. The room and bathroom were small, but clean. The lobby was itty bitty so we skipped the breakfast to avoid a crowd. I think the price reflects it closeness to UF and the student/parents coming in for the Summer semester, which sucked for us because we were there for procedures at Shands facilities. 80 is more what the price should be so if pay more than that you will be disappointed. Also the walls are apparently thin as we got a call from the front desk that other guests were complaining about my four year old nephews laughing at the TV. Something to think about if you are travelling with small kids.

I found that the staff was very warm, friendly, and helpful. I also was able to utilize the shuttle service to and from the airport and to the hospital; I had not realized that the shuttle was available via my review of the website but it was a very helpful feature. It also has a great location near the university and hospitals.

our first room smelled of smoke, and they quickly changed our room and were very friendly about it. No issues.

Hotel super conveniently located. Close to everything. Staff was helpful and nice. Made our stay very enjoyable. will definitely stay here again and recommend anybody to stay.

my only negative impression was that the front desk staff were not very professional. they looked sloppy and did their work with no enthusiasm. other than that i was happy with the comfort and cleanliness of my room. access to campus was perfect.

We had two wonderful days in Holiday Inn. We went to Graduation of our son. I compare Holiday Inn with Hilton in Gainesville. If I have to return to Gainesville probably we will stay in Holiday Inn because is practico when you have to go to University of Florida. I really recommend it! Rosinete Cordeiro

Pretty tired and dated hotel in heart of town. Restaurant is a bar next door--no breakfast. Furnishings are beat up and worn. Decor is late 70's at best with a few splashes to try to hide the need for complete renovation. Not really Holiday Inn quality. Staff were very helpful, but could not solve Priority Club points problem.

I think the customer service is not up to the standard of the hotel. Put simply, the only thing out of place here is the customer service.

Convenient location across from university. Otherwise just an ok hotel. Older, not recently renovated

no complintary breakfast

I was there for a night and left very early in the morning. Had a great overall experience. There was a problem with running water in our first room and the staff was extremely kind and accommodated us. Beds were comfortable. Overall I enjoyed the hotel.

W went to visit our son at the university. The bathtub was not as clean as it should have been!!
