We booked three rooms, all rooms was dirty and bad smell. My feeling is that the majority hotels Near the highway they are left, without maintenance and with a terrible cleaning service.
As a paid mystery shopper, I’ve reviewed many businesses. This was a personal stay as my family and I planned a stop on the way to Orlando. The staff upon checkin and out were very friendly and professional. No complaints there. The room however left much to be desired. From the refrigerator that did not work, to the ants on the sink counter to the overall run down appearance and uncleanliness of the room. The toilet lever had to be held down for 20 seconds to flush. Toilet lid was broken, mold in shower, coffee pot was dirty. The air/heat was one extreme to the other with just adjusting 1 degree on thermostat. The tv remote was sticky. To be fair to the cleaning staff, the appearance was more old and run down than dirty, but could certainly use a deep cleaning. For that $133, we could have rented a beautiful 2 bedroom cabin in Orlando. I’m sorry to be so harsh, as I rarely give a negative review, but this property has much potential if cleaning and updating were done. Room 425.
The room smelled like cigarettes the bed sheet had cigarette burn marks on them and if you walked around on the carpet your feet would get black from how dirty it was.
The customer service was fantastic and all the staff were very friendly. The linens were fresh but unfortunately, the room was very dirty. All of the corners had piles of yuck. The only thing clean in bathroom was the seat of the toilet. The rest of the bathroom was disgusting and I had to clean it. It was gross. It looked like the room had not had a thorough cleaning for quite some time. Pretty bummed.
The outside conditions were rather dirty. The inside of the room was worn and aged but clean.
Bad condition
The outside of the hotel looks very run down, the inside looked okay, but my tub wasn’t clean, there was hair in it. It could use a makeover. I do like the fact that you can bring your pet.
Big rooms with comfortable beds, but my room had no Microwave or Fridge which is strange for these type of hotels in the 2-3 stars range... I requested one at the front desk and they indeed gave me a solutions switching rooms but my stay was only for 2 days... Overall a good experience and great price!
The air condition was loud. Made it hard to hear the TV and to sleep.
This was a very dirty hotel Toilet seat falling off toilet water making lots of noise Beds were hard as a bullet I would not recommend this place in last year on a low budget
First room was deplorable. Smelled worse than a dilapidated nursing home, had prior guest food in fridge, television did not work. Staff got us to a better room, but the plumbing had slow drains. Feel sorry for the staff of corporate doesn’t fix these issues maybe the plumbing left the odor in the first room. Blame corporate not the staff.

The lobby was completely blocked off, which I understand due to Covid19. Front desk staff was nice. Was given room 428. Once I got on the elevator, it smelled like vomit. Once I got off the elevator, there was poop piles literally as soon as you got off, smelled terrible. Once in the room, it smelled like old rotting wood. Pulled back the sheets on the bed, and there was a huge beetle, on the next bed, there were urine stains on the comforter and also little tiny bugs. The bathtub was gross and had red stuff in it. The place looked as if it hadn’t been cleaned and dusted in months. It was just such a terrible experience. I booked two nights here but canceled the second night and stayed some where else. Couldn’t even breathe in that room so I sure wasn’t going to stay another night. Please do better.
Free breakfast prominantly advertised and on Orbitz screen. If youre not going to offer due to Covid, that needs to be mentioned prior to check in. This was the primary reason we selected this hotel. Had to take time to stop somewhere and pay as a result of false advertising .
