Laura at the main desk is exceptional. We had inadvertently left our meds in the fridge and left the hotel. An hour down the road we realized our mistake. We called the hotel and Laura sent someone to find the meds (still in the fridge) and Laura made sure they were moved to safety in a fridge near her until we could return and recover our meds. She is awesome and a professional. To the management: please know that Laura represents your hotel in the best way possible. Thank you, Laura and Merry Christmas!
