Checkin was SO FAST and they were super nice. Rooms were also great and welt it was a fantastic location.

This property is old and kept up. The room was clean but it had a musky smell. The AC was not great. the staff was ok. cannot get over that the room was musky and smelled. did not feel at all like a Hilton property. The Hilton needs to visit this property and boost it. Over All score is a 2

We were eaten alive by bed bugs. Pools of collected rain water surrounding hotel that were filled with mosquitos and god only knows what else. Lobby upholstery was filthy. Bathroom mirror cracked in a few places. Pool closed. Outside are covered in leaves and dust. Tables weren’t even wiped down to drink a coffee. Nice people. Just a little crappy

The room was very clean. The bed was comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful. We ordered room service and it was pretty good. Overall, a very well cared for hotel.

Nothing unique except the staff was very friendly and helpful when i had a problem.

Room next to Elevator and could hear loud compressor of elevator every 1 minute and was hard to sleep and the A/C was very lod as well. Management was nice about it and gave nice breakfast comped.

Checked in with no issues. Got to room and found that key didn’t work and someone else was in the room. Had to go back to desk. Incorrect room number assigned. New room was a corner room with view of a WALL.

All was good. Love the cookies. Front desk very accommodating. Appreciated the toothpaste and tooth brushes available. Was disappointed that there were just two tissues left in the box (for some one with allergies this is an issue). And only a quarter of a roll of toilet paper with no spare in the room.

Extremely friendly staff, especially Jose in the front desk. Upgraded to free breakfast, which was very good! Clean comfortable beds. The only negative was that the pool is openly facing the parking lot in plain view of visitors. Other than that the hotel was great and we will certainly use again for short stays.

We would like to apologize for the issues you experienced during your stay. We take all comments and issues seriously. When a guest mentions there may be a bug in their room we follow proven and practiced procedures. We did immediately isolate the room until a licensed pest control professional could inspect it. Luckily there was NO evidence of any bugs present in the room that you had occupied. We are following all local and state mandates to do what is necessary to ensure our employees and guests feel safe as possible due to this our pool and restaurant have been closed during this pandemic. I can surely understand and sympathize with your frustration.
