Sunset Oasis Home with Serene Backyard only 1 mile to UF & Stadium!

Recently renovated home is the perfect location to stay for games or graduation. Small events allowed with preapproval , deposit, and contract. Not too close to all the noise of campus but close enough to walk if you want.
Three unique private ensuite bedrooms await you upstairs, equipped with Roku TV's and individual coded locking door handles.
Downstairs you'll find a fully equipped open entertaining in/outdoor space for your group to enjoy. Ask Alexa to play you some tunes to set the vibe!

The Sunset House is a great place for family or groups of friends to hang out on game day or any other occasion. You won't regret taking advantage of the relaxing two-tier deck outside. You will make great memories having dinner under the twinkling string lights, relaxing in the hammock during the day under the sun sail, or having a cup of coffee at the seating area in the morning dew.

The downstairs living room, dining room, and kitchen offers a great entertaining space for your group to lounge and interact. You can ask Alexa to play some tunes or even games! Take your meals at the kitchen bar or at the dining room table, whichever suits your group best!

When you are ready to be away from everyone, you can retreat upstairs to you own private bedroom and bathroom. Each room is uniquely styled so that you can find your goldilocks style match. You can log into your own streaming services on the Roku TV's! With guest mode you will be automatically logged out on the date you select, so you don't have to worry about future guests watching your shows. Your least favorite friends or family ;) can find a queen sized memory foam bed inside the living room sofa. Air Mattress is upon request.

Events: Small events, like family dinners, graduations, or birthday parties, with up to 20 people are allowed at this property with pre-approval, signed event contract, and a $300 non-refundable deposit. Deposit must be paid prior to check-in. Event must be concluded by 12 am, and quiet hours must be followed after 11pm, especially outdoors. Any unauthorized events will result in the immediate termination of the reservation without refund and an additional $500 fee.

Smoking: No smoking, smokeless tobacco, or vaping of any kind is allowed inside the home, on the front porch, or the back patio (any covered area). All butts, cartridges, etc., must be discarded in an outdoor trashcan. Any smoking refuse (i.e. butts, cartons, wrappers, cartridges, dip, etc) left behind or unauthorized smoking in the aforementioned areas will incur an additional cleaning fee of $100.

Additional Overnight Guests: Any guests in the home remaining after 12am not listed in the original reservation will be considered as additional overnight guests. Each additional overnight guest will result in a $100 per person per night upcharge.

No pets allowed. If a pet is discovered to be in the home at any point during the reservation without prior approval a $300 fee will be assessed.

Quiet hours: 11pm-8am

Lights and Recycling: To help us do our part for the environment please turn off all lights when no guests are occupying the home. Also please utilize the recycle bins for the appropriate trash. Blue for glass bottles and plastic. Orange for paper and cardboard (boxes must be flattened; no pizza boxes).

Please note that for stays longer than 6 days, only initial paper products will be provided. If additional items are needed, the guest will be responsible for purchasing more.

EARLY/LATE CHECK-IN: Guests should know that we can sometimes accommodate early check-in times or later check-out times. Please message via the messaging system to inquire further. We do ask for a $50 service fee for adjusting the check-in or check-out time.

Security Camera disclosure: We do utilize a Ring doorbell at the front door and a Ring security camera on back patio for perimeter security only. Both the camera and ring doorbell record video and audio when motion is detected. There is an Alexa Show in kitchen, which has an internal camera usually used for video calls. This camera is not accessible remotely and can be covered using a slide cover in the device.
