This property is right at the entrance of I-75 south; comfortable bed; friendly staff
Located right off of I-75 and property set away from road so seems safe. Not walkable though, which adds to the security feeling. Property seems well maintained.
They did not give an option of paying for late check out. My room smelled and there were bugs as well.
It was a pleasant stay
free breakfast; free breakfast needs to expand vegan options
The property is right up against the highway and the highway noise is pretty loud. I can tune it out and but if this background noise bothers you, this is probably not a good place for you. Parking is convenient and there's an operational outdoor pool. The rooms are dated, but the bed and pillows are uber soft, the water gets HOT with great pressure, there is shopping and a restaurant row within a 5 minute drive, and there are good cable channels. Down side: my room smelled like stale smoke and they put me in a room near the back door which has unlocked entry into the building. As a single female occupant, I worried about my safety. The wifi was slow to load and somewhat choppy service. There were people in the halls from 2 - 4 am on Sunday being extremely loud. The breakfast is minimal (fruit, yogurt, dry cereal, a waffle station). Overall, I enjoy(ed) staying at this location and would recommend.
The hotel needs a refurbishment. The hallways and elevator smell of smoke. The bathtub hardware had some rust and there was no drain plug. There were loose tiles as well. The walls are not well insulated - you can hear everything in the hall and room next door.
An ok place to stay
The room was clean and very nice Also nice and quiet Check in was smooth and the staff were nice and friendly
Young lady who checked was in was friendly and efficient. Breakfast was great. Clean and spacious room
it was really run down and mold in the bathroom, no microwave and very tiny room. it looked much better on the site. breakfast ends too early,
Nice comfortable beds, convenient location, breakfast was ok
Needed in a pinch, price was great, breakfast was good.
Clean, friendly staff, with breakfast. Great for game weekend.
The hotel was very clean and modern, and the rooms were comfortable. The hotel does however sit on a hill next to the interstate, and can be a bit noisy at night if you aren't running the heat or a/c. The staff was very courteous with one major flaw. We arrived at 4am for check-in and were given a late checkout for 12:30. I know this because I had to sign 4 papers stating our checkout time. However at 11am, a man came knocking at the door and entered the room saying "you checkout, you checkout." I got out of bed and informed him our checkout was at 12:30. He left and returned 10 minutes later repeating the same process. I told him again we were checking out at 12:30, but he didn't speak English and apparently that was now my problem as I had to go through the hotel to find the front desk woman. She had no record of our late check out, but was very nice and took care of it for us.
