Beautiful Home Walking Distance to UF Stadium

Private home located in the coveted Golf View neighborhood between the Mark Bostick Golf course and the UF Law School. Quickly walk to Ben Hill Griffin Stadium, the O’Connell Center, UF campus and the bars and restaurants in Mid-Town. This newly renovated and nicely appointed 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom home features a tree-lined backyard with a firepit, outdoor string lighting and ample entertaining space. The restaurants and shops of Butler Plaza are a short 5-minute car ride away.

The 4 bedroom home has plenty of space for a group and family. With a king bedroom, 2 queen bedrooms, a 2 full-size/ twin bunks, sleeping arrangements are easy to organize.

Guest have the entire home to themselves.

Located in the quiet, peaceful, and tree-filled Golf View community in between UF Law School and the Mark Bostick Golf Course.
Please note that the AirBNB extenuating circumstances cancellation policy does not cover hurricanes in Florida or COVID, but the insurance covers both 100%. We ask that you please purchase AirBNB cancellation insurance at check-out in order to cover any unforeseen changes that would cause a cancellation or early departure that is outside of the cancellation window (i.e. weather related, health related, flight issues, etc...). AirBNB offers insurance at check-out and if a circumstance arises that would cause a cancellation or early departure (outside of the cancellation range, or an early departure that arises during your stay), then the insurance policy will refund you 100% as long as it's within the terms. Great location!

The location was perfect for UF graduation! The house was nice and had plenty of space for my family. We also loved the outdoor space. Parking was a bit odd but we made it work.

comfy and convenient

Centrally located: walking distance to U of F, shopping areas and not too far from the airport. Quiet neighborhood and nice to take walks there. Comfortable house with room for 4 adults plus more if we had them. Beds were all comfortable and firm. Kitchen was small but functional. If I stayed there longer than a week I would want a few more cooking utensils to make it work well. Good sized open area for dining and relaxing. Heating /cooling works well. Enjoyed the seating in the back yard around the fire pit. Overall a good place to stay
