We had a great stay. The staff was very nice and welcoming, the hotel is in an excellent and safe location (close to major sights, shopping and train/subway), room was spacious and comfortable, and breakfast was excellent. We'll be returning next time we're in Frankfurt.

Room was comfortable and sufficient for our needs. Location close to the airport plus shuttle service are excellent amenities. Bar and food offered in the lobby was a plus!

There was some construction around but that brought down the whole neighborhood. The hotel and it's staff were fantastic. Easily made up for the poor view out my window. Clean and comfortable room. Clean and cool gym. Had to deal with the Covid adaptations but the staff helped greatly in making me ...

The property was very clean, with all of the necessary amenities. I did not like the €25 parking fee, but everything else was good.
The hospitality and overall service were up to my expectations. The front desk personnel were very knowledgeable of the transportation system around town. They were very helpful.

Close to FRA Airport, comfortable room and bedding, very friendly staff and super breakfast buffet.

Overall property Very good, only the room little small and tighter! Airport shuttle service only to Terminal 1 not 2. Food was good and room service too!
