The best location for transit travelers at the Fraport. However there were many problems with the room and the service. The room did not have USB outlets, and there was a big problem with making calls from the room phone. TV did not have menu in English and most of the functions were off. TV did not have a wake up call system as it did before. There was not the information about the hotel, like the list of service numbers, or any basic useful hotel info any other hotel has. You would not know how to call the reception desk, how to order a meal or a wake up call. The bathroom door have been broken in and did not have neither doorknob or lock, just a big hole. The shower did not work properly either. The room and the bathroom were clean. A big plus for that. The reception desk person at the check in was unfriendly and had problems with basic aspects of the check in. In the morning the reception desk was closed. It opens at 6:30. There were people waiting for a long time to check in. This is not a cheap hotel and, surprisingly, the level of service was really not up to par.
it was to hard to get to
Queen size bed was just a regular double. They told me that is queen size in Germany.
Difficult difficult to find, to park, to find the check in, al. Dark room, handles of bathroom door very difficult to use, shower head of room 4041 does not work properly. At check in staff thought I was going to steal her pen! I used my own not to offend her more!
perfect place to stay near airport. everything you need and very nice comfortable rooms.
so very convenient to the airport terminal staff is very helpful
nice hotel very large...lots of walking to elevators
vey convince to the Frankfurt airport ,short of staff long line to the check in . after long trip you dont want to wait another hour to check in and its not worth the money we paid
Surprisingly hard to find, for a hotel that's attached to the airport. There aren't any signs until you're already there. A very long check in line, no food available, and really flimsy pillows all made for an ok but not great experience. But would we stay there again for the convenience factor? Probably.
Very cold room, malfunctioning air conditioner even after a visit from the engineer claiming to have fixed it. Broken shower head - only Rain shower worked, but no shower cap provided. Counter, ceiling and wall panel “under construction” - no food after 10 pm - no room service breakfast
Liked the beauty and comfort of property. Did not like the confusion where to find check in desk and where to find brreakfast.
Ignored my VIP status. Manager would not speak in person, remaining in her office. No hot water, had to take a cold shower. I’m not used to being treated so badly by Marriott.
Quick and efficient check-in but staff was not terribly friendly.
Nicol at the check in desk was very friendly and helpful.
Well luckily I had the lock on the inside of the door. Someone would have walk right in with out knocking. When I asked what he wanted he said he was just checking if things were okay. I called the desk and security came. And while I was in the bathroom I noticed a pipe hanging. There was no way we were going to take a shower. The food at dinner was the worst by far on my trip. I have stayed at Brussel airport and Amsterdam the food was much much better. I did let the desk know and I may been offered a free breakfast but in the morning we just wanted to get out of there. I do not have a problem with paying extra for the convenience at staying at the airport but this was not what i would expect.
