Sheraton Frankfurt Airport Hotel & Conference Center

Hotel has nice restaurants inside. Enjoyed the steak dinner.

Had to walk 45 minutes and over a mile from terminal to hotel entrance. There were no signs for the hotel, nor did it appear on any maps. Once I arrived at check in, had to wait over 20 minutes in line to check in. Then had to wait 15 minutes in line just to get the elevator to my room. In total, I could've taken public transit to a hotel in downtown Frankfurt in the amount of time it took to check into the "convenient" airport hotel.

Excellent hotel, friendly staff all out to help the guest. There is a charge for parking which we were not told or made aware. Was taken by surprise at check out.Apart from that & the cost of the meals in house dining, the room service was excellent.

totally sterile zero character. poor service. staff doesn't seem to care

There was a very long line at the check in and I had to wait more than 30 min in line at the check in. Otherwise everything was very good.

Waited in line for 20 minutes while the few staff present checked in "preferred" guests. A computer could (and should) be checking in pre-paid guests.

Perfect hotel and location for overnight at the Frankfurt airport

Nice stay as we recovered from trans Atlantic flight, prior to departing on our vacation. All the services you could want. Friendly and helpful staff.

Great staff! Everyone was pleasant and very helpful!

The main advantage to this hotel is that it is attached to the airport. There are others that are connected as well but this is the closest to the airport proper. 45 second walk and you're in the terminal. You're also right above the regional and long distance train stations so getting into downtown Frankfurt or points beyond is very easy The service of the staff is some of the best I've ever experienced and I've been in 5-stars all over the world. I arrived early in the morning and was given the room I wanted right away. I had some perishables that needed to be refrigerated and the mini-bar in the room wasn't functioning properly. One phone call to reception and 10 minutes later a functioning mini-frdge is wheeled into room and the problem is solved. Upon check out the bell captain took my bags and walked with me all the way to the check-in counter at the airport. He even managed to get me in the business check-in line, even though I was flying economy. The only reason I didn't give 5-stars overall is that the food options, especially late night, wasn't all that great and fairly high priced. Fortunately, the mall beneath the airport had some late night options. Overall, this hotel would be my number one spot for ANY layovers I have in Frankfurt.

The hotel is well located for those doing business in Frankfurt, as I as, with easy access to public transportation. It has terrific staff (so attentive), and a very nice gym. It was nice to be remembered (by name, if they had seen it). The breakfast brunch is over the top, with everything you could possible imagine, but expensive. All the meals were lovely, as was the wine selection, but if you want to pay less, you can easily go to the airport, which has a vast number of options.

I stayed their 3 months ago, and the cost was 1/2 of what it was for this trip. Yet, I didn't get anything more for the stay. Same room, same everything as before. It is not like late fall is the time to go go there. Not sure why it was 2 times the cost of what it was 3 months ago. If it was at the rate of 3 months ago, I would say stay there. But it was way to much.

Yes the hotel had everything and more near the hotel, train, plane and shops.

The Sheraton Frankfurt Airport is conveniently located near terminal 1. The staff were tremendously helpful, even escorting us with our luggage right up to the Lufthansa check-in counter the morning of departure. Unbelievable! The hotel restaurant served is a 4 star prix fix dinner celebrating 40 years of their hotel. It was excellent and a great price of 40 Euros per person for a delicious 4 course dinner, plus a treat from the chef prior to our appetizer course! Our room was clean and very comfortable.

All I can say is awful. We asked for a nonsmoking room and it had cigarette burns on the counter.

Fine Hotel, Very traveler convienient location train, airport hotel all in one

We wanted to see a Monet exhibit At the awesome 200 year old Stadel Museum and try the much tauted Weinsinn restaurant on our transit back stateside. The Sheraton location at the airport made it a snap to fly, see the the exhibition, have an amazing dinner, and enjoy a leisurely next morning before boarding our midday fight home. Truly civilized and easy.

Stayed at the hotel for an overnight connection from Copenhagen to Seattle. The location was convenient to the airport and the service and room were excellent.

I was here on an overnight on my way back from the Middle-East. You can't beat the location if you are just laying over for 12 hours or more. A bit expensive but, the restaurant and bar is all you need unless you will be there longer.

Ok..huge airport of course but you walk to this hotel from your baggage claim, and its very nice, super quiet for being at an airport - can't hear any planes - very clean. with train stations in lower levels easy to get to anything. great restaurant as well. if you are making a quick stop in Frankfurt its super convenient.
