Hilton Frankfurt City Centre4.5 out of 5.0

The hotel is about 10 minutes walking to a train station. And 5-10 minute walking to a very busy commercial area, with tons of shopping and dining options. I wouldn’t say it’s in the heart of a touristic area, but it’s good enough. During check-in I was upgraded to a executive room for being a diamond member at HHonors, although I wasn’t told about the others benefits at the hotel, like free breakfast or executive lounge access. The room is good. Not brand new or modern, but standard with a little dated furniture. Didn’t find the room service to be the best, but average. Executive lounge it’s not big, but you can get soft drinks during the day and there’s a cocktail during specific hours of the day where you can grab a some appetizers and drinks, including alcohol. Breakfast at the restaurant is very good. Many options to choose from, fresh and tasty. Service wasn’t the best while I was there, but it’s a self-service so you don’t need much of that. When I come back to Frankfurt, I might consider this Hilton again because of my benefits as a HHonors member (If I still have them at the time).
The hotel is very clean and nice. I had a room overlooking the park and it was very quiet. The location is great for walking to restaurants for dinner. I only eat in any hotel for breakfast, this one is fine with one comment. I eat a light breakfast (cereal) and they only offered full 33 euro choice on first day, luckily the host person offered the cold only choice for 8.50 afterwards. I would definitely stay again.
We were extremely pleased with our stay at this hotel. We had 10 people (2 people each in 5 rooms). All were happy with the cleanliness of the room, comfortable beds, large bathroom with a great shower. We truly enjoyed the buffet breakfast. It was a delicious array of fresh food. We also had drinks at the hotel bar after dinner -- good service. The pictures online don't do the lobby justice -- it's very dramatic with the glass elevator, elegantly decorated. We appreciated the front desk help with restaurant and train information. Restaurants and the train station were all within easy walking distance.
I stayed two days before my flight home. Very nice hotel, excellent staff. I had the executive level, which was very nice. Each morning and evening they have food and drinks, along with a nice area to sit and relax. Breakfast each day was also very good. The Hilton Frankfurt City Centre had a wide variety of hot breakfast items, and of course the pretzels! Room was comfortable, but a little warm. Large bathroom and sitting area. Location is amazing! You can walk all around the city with no issues. Shopping, restaurants, bars all right outside the door. The bar in the lobby was also nice as well as the lobby restaurant.
Room size is optimal. Good breakfast. Lounge bar is pleasant. Very friendly and helpful staff. Perfect location, in the heart of Frankfurt. Gym facility and swimming pool are great. Would strongly recommend this hotel.
Three days in Frankfurt staying at the Hilton City Centre. I thought we might have booked the wrong place as Frankfurt is known as one of the Commercial Centres of Europe but it was great. Near the City Centre and also the Old Centre and close to the department stores and small boutiques so I found great shopping and my favourite HOGL shoes. It helps to stay in an Executive Room as the extra price includes the Executive Lounge with free breakfast, afternoon tea, cocktails and canapes so you can save on food!
I stayed at this property on business for about a week. It was a nice hotel and most of the staff was helpful. The people in the executive lounge however were not logical free thinkers. They acted as if they were on the police force. Again, I was here on business and doing work in my hotel room (which was on the same floor). They wouldn't allow me take a drink back to my room. It really was crazy! Otherwise, again...a very nice hotel. The check in process was easy and smooth. The check out was also easy. The location is in a good area and you're able to walk to restaurants and shops. I would stay at this hotel again the next time that I go to Frankfurt. I recommend this hotel.
Very well located just minutes away from the Zeil. Rooms were ok with the only issue being the slow internet. Breakfast was satisfying. Hotel ties up with Fitness First next door which means a comprehensive gym and pool. The only problem the facilities are opened during its business hours. Worse still on weekends. Otherwise, a great stay.
A superb hotel in a great location just a few minutes walk from the Hauptwache S bahn station. The desk staff were particularly friendly and helpful and the room was large and clean and felt luxurious. We used the large swimming pool and sauna and jacuzzi but unfortunately the steam room was out of order, but a lovey experience. In the evening we sat in the bar and watched the glass lifts lit up going up and down in the central courtyard which was magical. Would definitely recommend this hotel to others.
Having stayed in a good number of Hilton properties I've seen some of the best and the worst they have to offer, and this ranks very highly as one of the best, I had a standard room which was spacious, clean (minus the random Cookie on the floor on arrival!) and very modern. The view was stunning and inside there was plenty of choice on the TV and free wifi as a HHonors member. Staff where all friendly enough but I can't comment of the food as I self catered during my short stay. The hotel was easy to reach for the Airport on the S bahn and well located around shops and restaurants. Would be happy to stay again next time I'm in Frankfurt
