Room was on the sixth floor and elevator went until 5th floor, I wouldn’t be a concern I we didn’t have a child of 2 and a stroller. Room was mostly clean but there is much space for improvement. The light in the bathroom stopped working after we turned on the electric heater. The room and bathroom seem old. Breakfast was good but very small. The street where the Hotel is located is ok but nearby streets are to avoid especially with children. Staff was friendly but seemed “lost” at times. I also never got an answer to a question I send per email.

It’s a great place to stay, very clean and the staff were super nice and helpful. Great location! I would highly recommend this lovely hotel.

Our room had a broken shower door (could not close, off track) so when showering the water went all over the floor. We were given another room the following day, but the room shouldn’t have been used at all until repairs were done. Pillows were old looking. Reception couldn’t recommend a restaurant in area that served German food nor give directions to Christmas market. Neighborhood had a lot of trash on streets which was sad to see. Wouldn’t stay here again.

Perfect solo room

Needed a quick overnight near Frankfurt Train Station for easy access to the airport in the morning! This was perfect. I got the single room which was small but very efficiently spacial use. The light cove by drapes made it appear that it was daylight even at night But of course could be turned off at night. Coffee station intergrated into dresser/armoire and stylish china. Toilettries in bathroom were above and beyond for an affordable night. Will definately stay again. If i stayed by the airport I would of needed to grab a taxi or shuttle. Train station is easily accessed and S Bahn takes you right to the terminal
