We like that it’s about 3min walk to the train station. Receptionists were friendly and cheerful. But we were disappointed with outside of the hotel. We saw people on the streets doing drugs, drunk from alcohol, throwing up, and fighting—all in one day, broad daylight! Then comes night, we heard people screaming around 2am. Couple of sirens going off. Our baby woke up a few times. We felt unsafe and not relaxed.
Near to the station
Replace is quiet but it is a no-frills low-cost hotel not bad
So convenient near the train station and all the restaurants in the area. We found the grocery store this time too!! The hotel is quite comfortable with a nice large room to facilitate our final packing before returning to the States. Also nicely located for a walk on the river.
No air conditioning and was loud sleeping with the windows open
Good location, excellent breakfast and ok room. Staff was helpful
I have stayed here before and I will stay here again when I return to Frankfurt. I love the convenience of being right next to the train station. Also, the hotel has a sumptuous breakfast!
This is not a Hotel !!! The room is tiny with window looking out all trash-bin and hot as an oven. I have to open the window than flies and bugs got in... And noise. The curtain can cover only a little over half of the window. I requested to have different room and the girl at reception told me to wait until next day because they don't have other vacancy.
The hotel is a little dated however is a great value being 5 minutes walk from the train station. Bed is comfortable, not hard and room is very clean. Hotel staff is great. The front desk young woman accommodated my request to change my bed from double bed to two twin beds without a hassel. The staff spoke to me as a valued guest. Yes, I will stay here on my next trip to Frankfurt and refer my family and friends.
Internet is very bad, the hotel charge you for everything even you pay for the poor internet
Perfect location for train travel. Close to river
It was an OK experience. Everything was OK nothing was wrong.
The breakfast was good. The room was Very noisy, all night long! Trains, sirens, alarms, & noisy people. Bathroom smells, carpet was dirty. Most of the staff was nice. 2.5 at best
