Internet is very bad, the hotel charge you for everything even you pay for the poor internet

Perfect location for train travel. Close to river

It was an OK experience. Everything was OK nothing was wrong.

The breakfast was good. The room was Very noisy, all night long! Trains, sirens, alarms, & noisy people. Bathroom smells, carpet was dirty. Most of the staff was nice. 2.5 at best

Hotel is simple with no extras but good value. A good stay for a single person.

I was a little unsure about staying here but the stay was very good. The staff was friendly and courteous and assisted me in any question I had. The room was clean and nice and the breakfast downstairs was really good. I would have no problems staying here in the future, its proximity to the banhoff was a great asset.

the staff was very attentive. clean rooms, always stay here

I stay there each year... my 6th visit. Clean... small rooms.... nothing fancy. Bathtub showers are difficult to get into and out of. Excellent breakfast buffet. Friendly staff. Great penthouse sauna and indoor pool. Multinational clientle.

Not a very special staying. The hotel was clean but not really comfortable. Good location.

I'm very disappointed by the professionalism of this hotel staff. They were unfriendly and simply unprofessional. I had sent an important packet to a guest who was to arrive in a few days. I ascertained that the packet arrived a day before the guest. When I called, I was assured that the packet would be given to the guest when checking in. I even called after the guest checked in to make sure that the packet was already delivered to the guest. Somehow the staff could not connect me to the guest in her room. I was assured that the packet had already be delivered to the guest because she could not find it on her counter. Lo and behold! I arrived at the hotel in a day after the guest left for the US and found by chance that the emergency packet was still sitting on their front desk. How can I trust the hotel staff if they could not conduct their business professionally and accurately? In addition, the staff was so unfriendly when I checked in. I will absolutely not return to this hotel again!!!

A very good hotel, especially for the money. Very helpful staff, next to train station.

Location across the street from the Hauptbahnhof. Close to the Pedestrian Zone with malls. A couple blocks from the river - nice walk along the Main. Pool, Sauna great benefit after a long flight. Neighborhood is noisy. Our 2nd stay and we will continue to use the Hotel as a stopover. Don't know about the WIFI - didn't use it.

good value great location. aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa

Stayed at the Hotel Savoy as a stopover while traveling to the Hahn airport. Not a 4 star hotel, but was not priced as one either. A bit outdated but overall clean. Room was booked for 2 and made up for one. We were given a 2nd pillow but only one small blanket and the room's heat did not work especially well. Overall, not a bad value for the price.

Good basic place to stay in FRA. Am a repeat customer....can't beat the comfort for the price....and steps to the Hauptbanhof, so convenient regardless of weather.

A very easy walk from/to the main train station. The hotel is located close to the Main river, which is perfect for walking to waterfront cafes and restaurants, or just grabbing a beer at one of several shops and stands dotted along the long street and several parks. Pool and solarium were quiet and relaxing.

Hotel Savoy is located conveniently across Frankfurt Main Station and ideal for a brief stop when exploring Frankfurt before getting on a plane at Frankfurt Airport. The place is clean and efficient, staff very helpful and friendly. The rooms are tidy but tiny and air conditioned rooms cost extra, which is worth considering during the hot summer season. I didn't give 5 stars because wifi should be easily accessible and free in a good hotel.

Small but fine rooms, bar and Restaurant downstairs, friendly staff. Location next to Train Station and Walking distance to Old Town is great. Price is more than fair. I'd come again.

Was there 2 nights on business, arriving by train and then leaving to go to the airport, with appointments just across the river, so the location was very good. They must have very different categories of rooms. This room was adequate, including some desk space, except for the lighting which was not good enough for desk work. I had neglected to note the absence of a reference to air conditioning. The weather cooperated but that could have been a problem. Where my room was, the structure of the building was such that with the window open it would have been possible for someone to enter my room through the open window. I was tempted to request a different room. The breakfast buffet was was good and varied. I hadn't noticed that wifi was an extra 9.5 euros a day. Of course since the room was quite cheap perhaps I shouldn't have been bothered by that. Apparently it is included through some booking companies.

Hotel was basic and did include a small refrigerator which is quite convenient. Very easy access to the main train station across the street. Ceiling fan kept the room comfortable with electric shutters to block out excess morning heat and light. Nice little gym, pool, and spa area at the top of the hotel.
