I stayed one night, the service was excellent, really helpful staff! The only negatives would be the beds, hard as stone, I woke up hurting a bit and the very expensive breakfast, that's the only reason I can't give 5 stars. The hotel is really close to the train station so very conveniently placed.

This was only my second stay at the Roomers. I can only say that early communication was excellent as I arrived for a lay-over in Frankfurt early in the morning. By the time I made it to the Roomers, not only was I immediately greeted by name and offered a welcome coffee, but my room was ready to relax at 10:00 a.m.! Talk about early check-in. Throughout my stay, almost everyone addressed my by name, knew where to find me if needed, and generally made me feel like home. Two tips, the Spa on the 6th floor is almost always empty, so make use of it - be adventurous. Also, make a restaurant reservation in advance during busy periods - it fills up quickly and you should not miss out on the Asparagus when it's in season. One of the best bargains is breakfast in bed -- I got up early (jet lag), but wasn't quite ready to get up for the day, so I went to the restaurant, selected a variety of items and half an hour later (as requested) a marvelous breakfast cart arrived at my door with enough of each item that it could have fed a family of four.

Roomers is a new Hotel in Frankfurt and has a really cool design. Many rooms are kept in dark colours with fancy furniture. It is just a few minutes walk away from the main Railwaystation. Easy access.

Have stayed here a few times before, really won't disappoint. A little overpriced if booked in advance, found some great last minute deals online. Parking is (big city) expensive at €25 but i have been lucky and got street parking on every visit. Breakfast is also crazy at €32, no breakfast can be that good...! O'Reilly's Irish bar is 5mins walk for a full Irish breakfast for €12, it is across from the main train station. Staff are brilliant, 6th floor spa is amazing, rooms are clean and good, small tv is the only complaint, bar looks amazing but seemed packed so didn't venture in. All in all i would highly recommend if under €180-€200 per night, above that then maybe look elsewhere.

To be fair - I didn't do much at the hotel as I used it as a layover for my international trip. However, the little I saw of it was OK. People at the front desk were nice. It's the rooms and overall feel that was the issue. The room was not in great shape. Walls and furniture were dented, things in the room didn't work well (e.g. air-conditioner, sink), etc. It's not a hotel I think "can't wait to go back". I'm sure one can do better in Frankfurt - just not sure where that would be...

Stayed here for one night. Check in was smooth and staff very friendly. Room was in a sharp and minimalistic design - Scandinavian vibe which I like. The bathroom was cool yet a part of the room. The toilet was in a glass box with too much see thru to my taste. Cool Marshall Bluetooth speaker to link your music device up to. Dinner at the restaurant was flawless. Breakfast looked really good though I didn't have the time to dig in to it. Paid 31 euro for a taxi from the airport to the hotel with a pissed off driver who didn't bother to open the trunk so I could get my luggage - left it open so he had to get out anyway ;) Going to the airport the following day I paid 35 for a service minded driver carrying my bag to the car - a nice jaguar. So.y advice is obvious - use the hotels service All in all a great hotel unless you're looking for spacious rooms with big furniture.

We stayed over the relatively quiet Good Friday weekend and enjoyed the fact that the hotel was not as busy. Overall good to very good service throughout. Ate at the very talked about restaurant and had a good but not great experience. The room was definitely a couples room. Quite sexy, great bed, fantastic use of space considering the small size. Overall a very good experience and great location. Very close to the river Main and fantastic for runners. on the other side the central station and Kaiser Strasse. All Good :)

The hotel is a few minute walk from the Hbf. Easy to walk anywhere you want in Central or old town (10-20 min walk). The staff was very friendly. The room was comfortable with a great rain head shower, nice and steamy. Will definitely return.

Amazing hotel! Don't miss out the sushi restaurant and the roof top bar! Small but great spa as well with a spectacular view I have already booked my two next visits! I think this says it all! Looking forward!

Great hotel, very clean rooms. I would probably not call it a family hotel but check out the pics and decide for yourself. Great dinner in the restaurant. Outstanding for sure is the staff, friendly and efficient, congrats to the management!
