good food, good location, good wifi. the hotel brings a lot of comfort and leaves little room to improvements. of course, this is under a business trip view, as this does not look like a vacation hotel.
My experience is this is an overpriced budget hotel with limited focus on their guests. At both the check in and out the staff was cold and at check out they never asked how my stay was. The room and they said t was an upgrade, had an Oder, and I was to tired to move so just had to keep the window open. The lounge was overcrowded, very hot with poor quality food. The premium internet was slow and for videos kept buffering. Because the lounge was so poor quality the evening before I checked options for breakfast and they spoke to me in an insulting manner. I will never stay at this hotel again
For sure this is a more a business related hotel and location, but the variety of activities for business groups is impressive. Many different meeting rooms in all sizes with flexibel cuisine and buffett solutions on different floors, of cours a huge bar on ground level, and a excellent vip lounge on roof top level. whenever you get try to get an appratment on higher floors - the view is worth it and so spectacular ! The location is at its best for visitors of the frankfurt fair ground, but also general city visitors have a great start from here every morning and a good place to return to by night ;-)

Germans are known for their efficiency. When you couple that with friendly, customer service, as we found with the staff of the Frankfurt Marriott, it becomes an unbeatable combination. From our taxi arriving at curbside until we left the following day, the Frankfurt Marriott staff was professional and top-notch. Our room on the top floor (44th floor) was clean and spacious enough for my wife and me and our 4 large-size suitcases. While the thick fog prevented any skyline view, we were fortunate to have had access to the executive lounge that allowed us to relax to sip some tea and have some refreshments. The only down-side (if you can call it that), was that the hotel was about a 20 minute walk from the major shopping and seasonal attractions (e.g., the Christmas Market). Though it was late-December, we nevertheless enjoyed the brisk walk through some of the residential areas from the hotel to the more lively parts of Frankfurt. There is no doubt we would return to the same hotel the next time we are in Frankfurt.
One of the best hotels I have ever visited. Rooms spacious and very clean with all the things you need. Almost all the extra requirements are promptly fulfilled. View of Frankfurt Skyline is really marvelous both during the day and night. We had a lovely, onetime unforgettable view of New Year’s Eve fireworks from above. People very helpful and friendly. Employees at the Brasserie very polite and always with a smile on their face. Special compliment for Mrs. Maria Cranic (?) All in all a wonderful experience
The ground floor bar is a mist visit place whilst conventioning. The place where everyone meets. Ensure you have a table booked at the ground floor bar food r the duration of an exhibition.the bar yeam are amazing.
Very nice business hotel with comfortable rooms and good breakfast. Very close to the central station. Well equipped rooms with a good view. We also had access to the executive lounge in the top floor! Recommended for business and pleasure
I was on a United Air flight that was cancelled and to the hotel's defence, it dumped a large contingent of passengers on the hotel. It is beyond me why the hotel accepted this load (money?) as they were ill equipped to handle the influx. Lobby staff was very friendly and helpful and handled the crowd with ease. We were informed that only one restaurant was for the stranded people and the "buffet" was a thrown-together affair. Whatever was in the kitchen was put on the buffet and all was cold. I was reckless enough to asked for a second diet Coke and that led to an altercation with the Caucasian, German waiter wearing small round glasses working as a waiter in the restaurant insisting that the 2 Euros for the first diet Coke be paid immediately upon delivery. I mentioned that I may not be done ordering and that he should just leave the bill and add to it if I order. Which I did. I ordered a second diet Coke. Then the wheels came off. The waiter turned rather ugly and demanded payment – immediately! My first impulse was to ignore him. When I got up to walk with my diet Coke to reception to ask the internet password, he was livid and followed me to reception causing a scene. I agreed to give him the 4 Euro, but that did not silence him and then I refused to pay at all, recommending he takes up my huge indulgence of 2 x diet Coke’s with United Airlines. We got up early the next morning at 5h30, and needless to say, the restaurant was still closed. No coffee, nothing. No anticipation of the mass of passengers that have to make their way to the airport. Also: Marriot is an American hotel and they wanted my credit card number before I could get internet access. Really? Why does United use such a petty hotel at all?
I stayed in the hotel for one night only, however, I feel that the stay was very nice. First of all, the room is very clean and nicely furnished (more of a modern design). And one of the best parts is the view from the window, which the management surely knows is their strength: in the room, you can find buildings' shapes drawn on the window with their names, as well as some postcards to send to your relatives, featuring the view from the room. This was a very nice idea :). Also, the breakfast was very good, fresh and tasty, and what is important is the fact that the place does not look like your usual hotel's restaurant, but gives you a nice vibe of eating in a cafe.
