The hotel is in the city center of Frankfurt, 20m from the Zoo station, rooms are simple, cosy and warm, breakfast is rich. The staff was very friendly, lended me an umbrella fro free, greeted me and helped me. I am very pleased. They offer excellent price and value for the center of Frankfurt. There is for free internet, lots of shops and restaurants. Thanks a lot for the pleasant stay.
The location is reasonable and you get what you pay for. It is basic and simple when it comes to the room but the staff, or at least one of their workers, lack professionalism. When we arrived there was a man at the front desk who shouldn’t be dealing with people. Our first impressions were the worst ever. There was a problem with the booking and instead of trying to solve the situation he insisted on blaming us for the wrong information that was sent to the hotel. He was extremely rude and arrogant. Never seen anything like that! This clerk should really be trained and coached to keep his job.
People at reception are not pleasant to clients and even the Hotel Manager is totally unlikable and not helpful at all. If you call to this hotel you will be so well treated or and not well received...
Stayed overnight, rooms are small and not like on photos, bathroom is even smaller, parking space is very small and not easy to park or manoeuvre, location is good very close to metro station and not far from city center
A very basic and simple hotel with no frills. Great value and clean. Bathroom was small but the shower was great. All very adequate especially for the price. If looking for somewhere to relax in some nice surroundings then perhaps not this place but honestly it's perfect for somewhere clean and well located to place your head for the night. The only thing we didn't like was that the double room was two singles together which kept separating apart. But again, for the price this was a very good experience. Very well located also with centre plaza only 10-15m walk.
Poor receptionist with unacceptable attitude. The woman told me to wait at the reception rudely until she finished smoking. I could not believe how poor service it was in a three-star hotel. And, there is no free wifi provided.
There were some things I have enjoyed: •the nice view from my window (5th floor) •the nice designed rooms (small & pretty) •the hotel's location (near the train station) •the cheap prices • However, minuses were more striking. The girl at the reception was a never-smiling-person. The bathroom had air-conditioning which was making a lot of noise and I couldn't turn it off. The free wifi was only working from the ground floor.
hotel is looks fine but as 1 star only , i could not rate it more than that room was very small , very very poor services of the hotel was very weak tv channels were just one language usually in hotel , there is no safe deposit box check out time unsatisfying to me
Very small single room. It is like a university residence room. Poor facilities and servces. Shower does not work properly. The wifi very poor and useless. Breakfast is horrible. You will not be able to skype with your family. Unlike what is advertised the is no satellite. So if you do speak German. You cannot do anything except sleep if you can. Do not spend your money on this hotel. Very rude staff if you complain about it.
Booked two rooms to stay with my family in April. Horrible Rooms and Staff. Definitely not as advertised. The rooms were dirty without toilets in our 2 rooms. My old dad had to walk in the dark hallway in order to go to toilet. There were no pillows, only some old fabric stuffed in the pillow cases. One of the reasons we booked the hotel because it said there is parking spot available at a fee. When we checked in, the rude man at the front desk said there is no more parking spot and there's nothing he can help. I complained about the rooms to the front desk staff in the morning about the toilet issue and she said those were not the rooms we originally booked but too bad they were overbooked. Unpleasant stay and very disappointed.
