Hotel has no heater or air conditioning. Then, they provided me a room that is furthest on the hallway which made it very difficult to hauler my heavy luggage.

The rooms werent very clean but good location, very close to the train station

Everything was excellent. If only the hotel had free wifi, it would be an overall A plus. I had to pay for very slow internet service, which lowers my score.

Finally, I stayed in a hotel that reminds me of the old joke: the room was so small that I had to step outside just to change my mind. There was no chair only a hassock to sit on. It was like a college dorm room. And the charge for internet was outrageous. I used a nearby coffee shop for free.

Staff is very friendly and so helpful. They sure made our stay welcome. Location is excellent and very easy to find and central. A few steps away from Main train station. Rooms were clean. Please note that this hotel is a non smoking, contrary to what the site says. But otherwise a great choice for a quick stay. Thank you front desk staff ;)))

a very good breakfast gets you started for the day, The main station entrance litterally at your door step. The only negative: Internet connection to costly, only one free computer available in the middle of the hotel bar.

Big room, the hotel Is right next to the train station, you can get a train to the airport or a taxi, i paid 30euro for a taxi to the airport, very closed to shops, restaurants and Main. Friendly staff!

My friend and I went to the World Cup. We were looking for an economical hotel close to the train station and stadium. This hotel was perfect.

Coming from Frankfurt Airport was so convenient and in expensive by train. The hotel was 300 meters from station. Immediately around the station was a little unpleasant but the hotel and location was fine. Easy access to all parts of the city walking easy and also trams or taxis very accessible. Hotel Staff were pleasant but not very informed about the city and what there was to do but maybe they usually provide for business. The hot buffet breakfast was exceptional.

The room was spacious and clean, the shower controls did not work. I surprise that breakfast was not included with the room. I have gotten free breakfast in other hotels where I paid less.

The hotel is just across the street frm the main train station but the area is low commercial and there are clubs next to it which are huge parties on the weekends. The staff was excellent and the rooms were nice but if you do not want to listen to a frat party all weekend get a room in the back. The area was centrally located but near the red light district which is a very bad place for anyone to be after dark so stay away after dark as I made the mistake of thinking it was a tourist attraction and found myself in a high crime, high pressure area that was very scary.

The hotel was fine and the room was generously-sized. Trying to get check-out postponed for one hour was a hassle, though.

Althouth we had very good reception from the staff and eficient check in, our room (1002) was very smelly ans especially the toilet. It was a hot day and night ,the air condition was working poorly and we had to open the balcony door to get some breeze. If it was not the location and the short stay we will rather change room (or hotel)

Approximently my 20th review on here and other similar sites. Another hotel listing breakfast under !benefits!. Anyone from U.S.A be wary, benefits are somthing you will get charged for at this hotel. For 8 days of breakfast we were charged 86 Euros, this amounts to approximently 110$ USD. Approximently 10 euros a day or 14$ USD, GET BREAKFAST elese where!! The rooms are nice, although street side is extremely loud, especially on weekends. The AC is not very effieciant, the bathrooms are steam rooms if you like a hot shower and retain humidity.

Nice staff... Could be better organized.

Great location. I knew it was close, but I didn't realize how close until a 7 euro taxi cab ride revealed it was just across the street from the train station. Live and learn. It was an easy walk to the old town. Good breakfast buffet. Small, basic rooms. I would stay here again just for the savings (well next time) on transportation. For those who don't want to walk, the area is well serviced by the tramway.

Great location right across from the main railway station. There is an underground entrance to the station right in front of the hotel. Street car stop is also in front of the hotel. However. The room, and especially the bathroom, stunk. Smelled like a gymnasium locker room.

very friendly stuff
