Beautiful building, BUT no air conditioning in the common areas including the main lobby. The temperature in the lobby, elevator and corridor was around 90 Fahrenheit, when I asked they told me that these areas don’t have AC They gave me key and the lock door didn’t have battery I had to go 3 times back to the reception desk to get new keys finally they had to give me a new room The bathroom is extremely small If you ever need to stay at this hotel the next building is the Hilton Gardens Inn it is $83 cheaper and it has AC No reason why you have to pay Hilton hotel rates when you can pay less and get the same room type and amenities 10 feet away from the Hilton property

Love the location of the property. The rooms were hot at night (compared to US Standards). I wish they included breakfast in the morning since I booked two rooms for 7 days.

Had booked an executive room, had executive lounge access, when I checked in this is what I had as told. I asked where the lounge was, I was told same floor as the room. When I went to the lounge, no food, drinks all locked and no staff to been seen. I asked about and a few told me staff were present previously. After 20 mins of sitting waiting, I went downstairs to reception to be told that the staff probably went to get food. What for 20 mins? They then told me the drinks were locked as happy hour was over, to which I told them that they didn't tell me anything about Happy hour or that It would be over soon. She started arguing with me to say she tells all guests and it was on the leaflet she gave me. When I checked the leaflet, she gave me the one for a standard room and not the executive rooms. So I went to dinner and paid for my dinner on top of paying for the lounge access. Did I get an apology, no. Any offer of a drink at the bar, no. Just a great big sign on her head saying to FO. The staff here are very inconsistent, I stay here alot and they thi k because it's an airport, that the passenger will never return, but some do, alot. This attitude is reflected in every outlet in the Squire, which stinks. Tell a German they did something wrong, they attack you, even in the hospitality sector where the customer is always right. I will stay in the Marriott from now on, I get complimentary lounge access there, just for being a loyal customer, but this time I made a mistake.
