Convenient to Zeil shopping area, restuarants, bars, U line that takes you directly to airport in 20 minutes. Room was very small and lift goes to 8 floor, 9th floor you must climb a set of stairs. Check in was fast and easy and staff was very helpful

The hotel was very good, stuff was very nice and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. Very close location to all the historic sites, famous Zeil street is just behind the corner. Breakfast was fine, would stay in the same hotel again.
My friend and I stayed here for 8 nights. The location is great - a 5 minute walk from the train which is only 3 stops from the main Hauptbahnhof and 15 minutes from the airport. There are a few restaurants right across the street which was nice on the long days when we were too tired to venture out too far after sightseeing. Good breakfast for €14. Room was a decent size and clean, although the beds and pillows were not great. Bathtub was a 3/4 tub. Mini fridge did not work. Staff was very nice and helpful. Hotel was very quiet. Summary: I would stay here again - great location and nice staff, and we didn't spend much time in the hotel so it had everything we needed, at a good price.

We were in Frankfurt for business (attending Music Messe) and pleasure (a drive down Romantic Route). The location for the hotel was great within easy reach of transport and shopping. The staff were friendly and the rooms clean. We did not have the breakfast offered at the hotel as you can get better deals at closeby cafes.
We stayed here twice, bookending a weekend trip to the country. The first night, our room was quite small and there was a lot of noise, but it was comfortable and had A/C. (Not all rooms have A/C - common in Europe.) However, we were able to leave one large suitcase for the weekend so we didn't have to drag it on the train, and it was waiting for us in our larger, quieter room when we got back!! This hotel was also close to the underground and several historic churches, plus provided umbrellas and printed our boarding passes.
I had to spend a night in Frankfurt, so I booked this hotel a block away from Zeil. Great market Saturday morning, lots of shopping, and a reasonable number of restaurants (given that it's Frankfurt).
