Very quiet and highly convenient location, close to public transportation and friendly staff. Lobby was clean, well lit and inviting. The room and bathroom was very clean, comfortable and while compact, didn't feel too small. The breakfast was delicious and a great start to the day with lots of simple options. Definitely would stay here again.

This is a ibis property, and was a decent stay. The staff was very helpful, and the check-in area was good for a short coffee break. The location was good for our trip, near the main Frankfurt train station and not too far from the city center. The breakfast was actually really above and beyond. The hotel layout was a little confusing, and we did not get our reserved room type (4 single beds vs 1 double & 1 pullout). Overall good stay.

Ok if you need somewhere to stay

Everyone at reception was nice, except we saw someone go into our room when we had one day left, he shut off our key cards. when asked why he said "oh you have one more day". but i dont know why he had to go into our room. We asked to switch rooms due to a shower without a door & a guy smoking on our balcony. They did this without asking, but i found all the beds very uncomfortable. The included breakfast was really nice! Located in a kinda sketchy area after dark, but near the train station. also wifi was spotty.

Hotel good, area very multicultural.

Hotel location for ease of getting around was very good, however, our room on the 2nd floor overlooked a restaurant which was a bit noisy. We could keep the window closed which made it a bit stuffy, but would be too noisy with it open. Free breakfast was very good. Wifi hit and miss. Cleanliness very good. Hot water took about 2 minutes to come through, that might depend on where you are in the building.

Good Hotel

The hotel itsel was fine / breakfast very good / staff very helpful / bedroom / bathroom clean. -Hi-Fi access very good. BUT of twenty-two television stations available only two were in English: CNBC (Business / Financial) and Children's Nickelodeon channel. The area leaves a bit to be desired so get familiar with bus and U-bahn routes and the ticket machine

When I booked this facility I thought I booked with the “ambassador hotel” but it turned out to be Ibis. The only place you’d see the “ambassador” name is a small plaque in the wall. When I enquired about the name, the staff simply said it is under the same owner group. This is absolutely misleading!!! Ambassador’s cost is more than Ibis and if I wanted to stay at Ibis, I would have booked Ibis.
