Close to airport & clean. Check in was fast & easy. Rooms were nothing special but comfortable. Easy parking & easy to get on Autobon

Hotel is reasonable but you need to take a shuttle as it is too far from the airport to walk. The shuttle is 7 euros each way.

It was good but stuff have attitude problem Receptionist was rude

The staff are friendly and attentive. The room i stayed was clean, neat and tidy. And the shuttle to airport every 15min.Highly recommended

Ok for any layover overnight at Frankfurt. Easy access by airport shuttle. Spacious and clean rooms. Some noise from planes with windows open, but nice for plane-watching. I only stayed one night so that's all I can say.

nothing to add its just a place to wait for planes

Food good easy check in friendly staff rode bike for 3 weeks they stored my bags so when i came back for one night i was able to pack bike and shuttle service to airport

Shuttle service staff is nice and professional rooms clean food is excellent morning and dinner buffet not much for lunch but overall i would stay again airport has train station so it is easy to go into frankfurt or any place you want to go

There was construction going on so it was kind of a mess in places. Front desk people the morning of checkout could not help me with directions, could have been a language issue. The room was clean and comfortable, WiFi was far below expectations TV was less than entertaining. Both were much better on a previous stay.

Nice clean hotel ok buffetooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo

The room was very good - nice size and well equipped. Staff were all cordial and bi-lingual. When we arrived I asked the clerk "Sprechen sie Englisch?" and he said "Sometimes." I thought that was funny and it showed how relaxed they were while very efficient. Would stay there again.

Nice,Clean,Service.Hotel is located on convenient location.

convenient location although you still have to pay 8 euro to get the shuttle to the airport (taxi is about 14). nothing fancy, just convenient...price little steep for the overall hotel experience.

The overall experience was great! They could use a bit better signage to direct you to the hotel, but once there all was top notch. Desk clerks are very helpful, always willing to help. Room was clean, spacious. Great eats! Shuttle service to airport is only $7 euro and on time. Location is perfect for early departures from the airport. Great experience! Would definitely recommend to all.

Recommend hotel vary clean and location perfect to/from airport only 5 minute bus

We stayed 2 nights at the hotel. The first night was fine, the room was clean, beds comfortable and the location is very convenient to the Frankfurt airport. We had a rental car so did not use the hotel shuttle the first night of our stay. Because we were flying standby for our flight home (I am an airline employee) and we didn't get on the flight the first day and had turned in our rental car, we decided to book this hotel for our 2nd night. The shuttle bus from the FRA airport runs about every 30 minutes, so we just hopped on it and when back to the hotel. The staff was kind enough to let us check in early...around 1pm versus the normal 3pm. It was very HOT in Germany...somewhat normal I guess for the month of July...and the room they gave us had no air conditioning....just a fan in the room. I was surprised by that considering the first night we stayed there our room had air conditioning. Kind of curious as to why some rooms would have it, and others not? The hotel was offering a dinner buffet of 19.50 euros, which is quite expensive, as the food was just so-so. I expected better for that price. No breakfast or even complimentary coffee, everything COSTS!! The shuttle runs 7.00 euros per person, which equates to about $12.00 each for literally a 5 minute bus ride. Most hotels in the US offer free airport shuttles, but nothing in Germany is complimentary! The hotel staff spoke good English, but we're not that friendly or helpful overall. They seemed very robotic when assisting customers.

We only were here to wait for a flight the next day but really liked the hotel. Although we did not have time to use the amenities there were plenty. Only downside was we slept in and there were no options to eat food anywhere in the hotel after 1030 unfortunately. But otherwise we would stay again and just get up earlier!

There was nothing to do near the hotel no options for dining except for the hotel bar and restaurant. Both were very pricy and the quality of the food was poor. That being said, the staff was kind. The room spotless and quiet. I was happy with that portion. I still felt a bit stuck as I had no amenities available nearby. Lastly the shuttle from airport to hotel was free, but it was 7 euro back to the airport.

We were surprised to find that our hotel was the same we stayed in during the time it was then on Rhein-Main AFB. Downside was to discover that the shuttle to the airport is no longer free.

The good -- decent rooms and close to the airport. The food at the buffet was pretty good, although I would expect it to be for nearly 30 euros per head. At least the kids ate free. The bad -- the shower was downright dangerous, shifting from scalding hot to freezing cold at random, which can be a real problem with kids. The 7 euro charge to ride the shuttle back to the airport (which you don't learn about until after the shuttle drops you off at the hotel) is ridiculous. This is especially painful if you need or want to go back to the airport to do some shopping/eating/etc, because the hotel offerings are poor in that regard. Get rid of the fee, roll it into the room rate, whatever. The wi-fi situation was annoying. The sign in page said it cost 8 euros per day, yet the front desk insisted it was 14 or 18 or something like that. I guess they are switching over to free wi-fi now, so probably not an issue anymore. But hey if you just need a bed to crash in for the night, it's not bad...
