It's a four star. Hence no surprise. But: the staff is probably on the highest service level I have seen so far. Very friendly, always listening, they don't forget anything, they remember your habits ...you save time, you feel good. I really appreciated to feel extremely comfortable. Nothing to say about the rooms or food. Only negative point: No real parking space, but this is common in this area. I used the near parking of Frankfurt Hauptbahnhof. One week standing there without issues..
Party of four (2couples) stayed for 3 nights. Hotel was clean and comfortable. Room was warm enough. Breakfast was ok, although it took us a while to work out where everything was and that you could order additional items. On the self service items often ran low and it took some time for the staff to re-stock. The man looking after the bar on the Friday night was lovely, we returned from our night out late and he was happy to serve us and chat. Good location an easy walk to the station or into town. All in all a pleasant stay.
Perfect location for Marathon, Stayed for three nights, Room Excellent, Breakfast top class. My room rate included breakfast but I also seemed to be charged an additional cost after checkout. When I queried the charge I never got a response. Wasn't a huge aount
Ideal for business in the city, near the Fair ground and near restaurants, unfortunately a lot of young homeless types around the station and general area but this has become a problem for most European capitals
Its a nice hotel with a great location. Room are reasonably sized with standard amenities. Its best suited for business travellers. They have a nice terrace restaurant. Had a great checkin and checkout experience. Efficient front desk staff.
Was here for two nights on a business trip. It is central located so an easy walk to shops restaurants etc. Overall, I found the place a bit dull, and suspect there are better options to be had. The lifts were annoyingly slow and as there was traffic to the roof terrace as well as to guest rooms, I often had to wait.
I stayed for 10 days so I was hoping that everything would be fine. The room was tidy, the service was excellent. The only thing which was weird was the open shower but I was prepared for this one as I saw some pictures and reviews before I booked this hotel. Furthermore, there is no smoking room so you have to stand outside of the hotel entry right on the street which was not very comfortable in bad weather or late hours. The place around the hotel isnt as bad as some people described, there were no drug dealers or criminals around, there was just a big traffic because it is on the corner of a crossroad. I can recommend this hotel :)
Nice hotel. Rooms good in size, a bit peculiar to have the shower so open. You have to be comfortable with the person you’re staying with. Staff very friendly!! Breakfast was good however a bit over crowded and the breakfast area a bit too small. Only a few minutes walk to/from the railwayststion.
Positive Side: The hotel is very simple but very clean. In some sense, it also has the modern touch on it, specifically on the bathroom section of the room (just looks modern). The wifi speed is tremendously fast, good for gaming if you kinda bring your laptop along and get a bit bored with the TV program. The staff is very great and very very kind to the guest, breakfast session is also nice, simple breakfast but with quite some various options of the choice from cold to warm. The beverage option in your room is also presented at a very friendly price (which is not too expensive), this makes the whole experience that you can enjoy every aspect during your stay in the hotel, perfect for the business stay or weekend trips. Negative side: Although the location is very good and close to the station, somehow the area doesn't look safe (intimidating), a lot of drunk people, sometimes looks like a gang member, we experienced this because we walk from station to the hotel at night (due to our flight arrival). But I think this is an issue for the City Mayor of Frankfurt on how they can improve their city impression to the tourist who stayed around the train station, perhaps deploy more police checkpoint in the area or something (to make the area feel more secure). To avoid experiencing this, we took the tram to 1 stop from station to the hotel the next day. In the hotel itself, if you stay at the room 115, you can easily hear the engine when the lift goes up and down, so perhaps they don't have sound dampener. I personally don't mind and can sleep nicely, but if you are one of those people who are very sensitive to noise, watch out.
Nice hotel close to Frankfurt main station, making it easy for side/day trips. The hotel staff was pleasant and very helpful. The room was adequately sized and comfortable. Morning breakfast was tasty.
