We found roaches in our room on the second floor. brought them to the front desk. moved rooms. found more roaches. brought more dead ones and videos of live ones. Was told they never had issues. videos of moving roaches in various sizes is an issue! We love staying at Prime and have had other issues but this is a bit much.

The room was clean it was okay. The room definitely needs a bit of a update/renovation. The circa 1998 rose oak wood decor is a bit outdated and very tacky. Otherwise, it was decent, much better than staying in camp.
