They didn’t have a crib for our baby to sleep in and they kept phoning our room saying people were complaining about noise but not what kind.but are baby wasn’t even loud so that was really annoying breakfast was really good and the bed was comfy

Dissapointing

The tile work was not finished and the fixtures were loose. My room was next to the elevators which they often do for expedia rooms and is was horribly loud. they are generous enough to provide a single bottle of water daily but charge $4 for a regular sized pop.

I had booked a room with two queen beds about a month in advance Ended up with a king and a pull out couch. When asked at the front desk they said they didn’t have any rooms left with two queen beds but the couch pulls out. I asked if the pull out couch was decent to sleep on. They said oh yes it’s good. They gave me an extra blanket to put under me. The mattress was awful. I could feel every spring and bar under me. We could hear everything that was happening above us and beside us. Worst hotel stay I have ever had.
