Room was ok , shower not that great, but adequate. Room was over priced at $280 a night. Buffet dinner was mediocre at best . Was looking forward to the steam room and was disappointed to find it has been decommissioned. Check in was great , very accommodating, check out not so much , no one at desk. I waited 5 minutes for someone to get there and there was a couple waiting when I got there. As always parking was a nightmare as usual this time of year.

All in all I would say this hotel is just great. Mall right outside is a bonus. Staff were great. Rooms very nice and comfortable. Lounge area is great with good staff
