Estuvimos en Spark by Hilton Florence North I-95 de paso y fue una experiencia aceptable. La ubicación es muy conveniente justo saliendo de la I-95, el desayuno continental estaba incluido y la habitación era cómoda. Aceptan mascotas con cargo adicional, lo cual fue perfecto para nuestro perrito 🐶. Algunas áreas podrían estar mejor cuidadas, pero en general fue una parada decente para una noche en ruta

Our room was great and the place was quiet. On the other hand I was not a big fan of the staff. When I checked in, I was waiting for the lady to tell me my room number and my door cards, but instead, I'm standing there and she act like I was interrupting her. Thanksgiving day, I couldn't find my door key and told the front desk that morning that I needed a new door card. The front desk asked me what's my room number and not verify who I am when I could've been anyone. Next that night, I don't know if the guy who was talking to these 2 young guys if he worked there but he was talking to them like he was going to fight them. To me that wasn't okay nor safe. The staff need to do better! The place has the potential to be better if the staff were to take their jobs seriously!

The room Tv was not working. There was no phone to call front desk for assistance. The maintenance man James said that room was having an issue with the tv and shouldn’t be given to guests. He moved us to another room. Went to shower and soap/ shampoo dispensers were empty. James said we were going to be compensated!

What a horrible night!

Checked in to 106- opened the door & there was already a backpack in there & pillows looked like they had been laid on. Front desk attendant eventually moved us to 102. As soon as we got to sleep, someone came storming into our room, stopped by the safety latch, insisting it was assigned to them. After we got to sleep a 2nd time, it happened again with someone else, like wise a 3rd & 4th time!!!! Then the manager on duty came insisted I come to the front desk insisting we were NOT registered, I insisted we were registered. I was forced to put on some clothes and go to the front desk. As I got there, they miraculously found our registration!!! After all this I never got back to sleep!

First impression is that this was an old HO JO that has had some lipstick put on it. I stood directly in front of receptionist for well over a minute before she looked up and acknowledged my presence. Room had 2 spiders in bathroom. Bathroom had no trashcan. All random turnoffs but bed was clean and comfortable. Wont be my first choice when looking in that area again.

Lack of hot breakfast

Very disappointed in the lack of hot breakfast. The breakfast was one of the reasons I booked with Country Inn and Suites. If I had known it had changed and would not have the breakfast I would have changed hotels.
