Easy check in & out. Staff friendly and professional. Room was clean and bed was comfortable. AC kept room comfortable. We didn’t want breakfast, but we picked up couple bananas for later. Breakfast choices smelled and looked yummy. If we need to stay in Florence again, we definitely will return.

Parking was simple. Room was up to date. It felt clean, although there was something brown on the wall. I cleaned it. All I really ask for is a clean bed and a fan that stays on constant. I would stay again. Cleaning staff was friendly.

We arrived late after 8 hours on the road to no one in the office. We called multiple times, rang the bell, and even just waited quietly. After 15 minutes with no help, I called the national office, which also attempted to get in touch with hotel staff. They even called management's emergency line and could not get in touch with anyone. We waited over an hour without getting any help. Eventually the staff member returned and said the manager had asked her to get a head start on laundry. She was apologetic, but being gone from the front desk with no call forwarding and without returning to check seems like bad practice, and the manager never answered the emergency line. Something is not right here.

I honestly didn’t know what to expect since it’s not our usual place to stay, but I was pleasantly surprised. The room was very cozy, the bed was extremely comfortable, and everything in the room was nicely updated.

Room was very clean. Beds are on the firm side. Pool was closed even though the sign at desk stated it should be open. Breakfast was extremely minimal. Front desk agent was very rude and acted as if I was bothering her. Horrible customer service skills. This is a one and done stay.
