1st room had no tv remote or working refrigerator. Had to switch, staff was rude. Rooms were dingy.
I stay at Motel 6 a lot as I feel it is a good value and facilities u sad sully adequate. The receptionist was courteous and efficient. Arrived at too carrying lots of things and it reeked of Sc mike though I asked for non-smoking room. Then could not get door to lock - would not close enough. So had to collect my gear and go back and request another room. Receptionist was again efficient and second room fine. But on getting ice, first machine broken and had to walk to other end of motel for ice - extra frustration after long day of driving. But this room fine and quiet.

My room didnt have a AC unit at first i had to switch rooms then when i switched i had no flat screen tv no trash cans AC hardly worked and toilet wasnt flushing right. And also my room had an smell that smelled like mold... This was a terrible stay.
The cleaning crew was always helpful as well as the desk personnel. The pool area was always clean and well kept. We did have one problem in room 117 with roaches and the air conditioner was real noisy...we couldn't hear the tv over the noise. We asked to be moved to another room and they did all they could to accommodate us. I would recommend motel 6 to anybody.
I asked for a King bed, non-smoking, and received a King bed with two ash trays. Refrigerator was left in the "defrost" mode, consequently leaving a huge puddle on the floor. The front desk clerk had to leave his post to come and mop it up. Not that I'm a religious man, but where was the Gideon's Bible? No pamphlets in the room, no phone books, no TV listing guide to locate certain programming, no small travel sizes of shampoo, and lotion, no Internet connection, and toilet was loose on the tile floor. I realize that you are trying to remodel every room, but for what I viewed, it was shoddy workmanship.
This place is literally a dump. Opened the door to the room and headed right back to the front desk to get my money back. It’s just so bad don’t even think about staying here. Seriously.
Nice breakfast. Just wish hotel management would invest some money to update bath facility which badly needed. Overall, it was not bad stay, especially hot breakfast buffet was great.
The hotel was in a good location, lots of restaurants close by, parking space was limited when we first arrived.They allowed pets included in the price. There was a train that went through twice during the night. It was an ok stay for he money
Sheila was awesome at checking me in. The food was great and the staff very nice. Will stay there again. Rooms could be cleaner but I have seen a LOT worse.
Patchwork everywhere,(tub, toilet, frig, walls) Tub had what we thought were dead bugs, however turned out to be digs,stains. Wall socket falling out of wall with heat/ac plug. Heat was insufficient. Could not keep unit running to stay warm. Would not stay there again.
