This is the dirtiest hotel I’ve ever stayed at. The hallway, rooms, conference area, foyer and breakfast area were not clean at all. The floors had visible dirt, trash (like tooth floss, wrappers, dirt, etc). The building is in disrepair - has non working doors, smells, has uncut grass, broken floor tile, dirty toilets, broken window curtains, etc. you name it and it was not maintained like a hotel should be. The owner of this hotel is in the wrong business and should NOT be in the hospitality business. Do not stay here. They do not deserve your hard earned money. They should have a negative 5 star rating.
Staff was great, room was spotless. The only con was the pool was closed due to a broken heater. But not their fault

Everything was great, breakfast was a little small because they ran out of biscuit and gravy and after waiting awhile we just left. But everything else was perfect
TV didn’t work but maintenance guy was awesome. He said he was sorry he’d get with front desk. It couldn’t be fix until next day.
Check in was fast and friendly. The location is great near a lot of restaurants and shopping. The Bar Lounge was very nice as well.

We stayed here the night before the eclipse and I was impressed that the hotel did not gouge us given the high demand. The manager should be applauded for her integrity in this regard. We were also surprised at how nice the rooms were for the rate we paid. The staff was extremely courteous and helpful despite the large number of guests. The crew prepping the breakfast did an amazing job considering the huge influx of people.
Air conditioning, refrigerator, TV didn't work. Maintenance did fix all and was friendly about doing so. Room had a moldy smell. Ran out of towels at the pool both days. Only way to access the pool is through the main hall which had a private party going on. Elevator smelled of gear oil. Ran out of toilet paper on the last day.
The hotel s located in just the right area. It's located right in the middle between St. Louis and St. Geneveve. There are restaurants and gas stations right near the hotel and yet it's located close enough to a lot of other restaurants down I-55. It's also close to the expressway and several shopping centers off of I-55. The hotel seemed to be clean and the rooms were very nice but not extravagant. The Continental breakfast was top notch and had a lot of selections to choose from more than I've seen at any other hotel. We were surprised that they had continental breakfast as it was not listed as an amenity when we booked the room. The hotel staff was very nice and accommodating and handled my request for a room change with no problem or difficulty.
Enjoyed staying at this hotel and will plan to stay in the future. The staff was friendly and capable. The bed was comfortable and I had a great nights sleep.
The rooms at Lexington are always clean, with room for a family of four to spend time with out being on top of each other. The beds are comfortable shower head mounted higher in the tub than many other places - a big plus for a taller person. We'll definitely stay here again!
We arrived at Hotel at 12am. The hotel was full and the receptionist was turning us away. Another worker came from the back and said there was a room that the air conditioner was a little leaky but it worked. He encouraged the other working that if they worked together they could get this room ready for my family. We sat in lounging area and 1/2 hr later we were in a room. My eight and six year old were in bed and we had our feet up. Thank you!
