We booked 2 double beds and when we arrived there weren't any available. Only option was a eoom with a king bed. We had no choice but to take it. We ask for a discount but was told they couldn't.
All good - happy I could make reservation and that the room was actually available when we arrived.

The room was very clean and quiet. The staff was very up beat, friendly and helpful. We even noticed the people staying here were also very friendly and kind.
The carpet was wet. Apparently the air conditioner had leaked and half the carpet in the room was wet. Also the toilet leaked around the base of the toilet every time you flushed it. Outside the hotel looks rundown. The sign is missing from I-79 side of building.
The room was clean and had enough furniture to have our friends over to visit. Enjoyed a quiet hallway through the night as well.
This was a real nice hotel that was in line with what I've come to expect at Hampton Inn. The exterior was still under renovation but our room appeared to be recently renovated. We stayed in a room with two queen beds, a large bathroom and had an extra sink. We had no complaints.
Everything about our stay here was quick and easy! And the evening snacks made it fun to sit by the fire and watch tv. Great little exercise room too!
We were on our way home from Upstate New York to Chicago. This Hampton was right off the Interstate, ez on/off. A lot of restaurants nearby (mostly franchise type). Staff was efficient checking us in and the room was very clean and well equipped. Breakfast was above average for these kind of places with hot scrambled eggs. The only downside was that everything was plastic or biodegradable paper products and I asked if they recycled anything and the manager said only in the offices. So breakfast cups, plates, tableware all go into the trash. I thought that was terrible and mentioned it to the manager who said Hilton corporate is working on a Hampton recycling project.
We had a great experience at this hotel! The location was great! Loved the options for breakfast even the pickiest kid found enough to eat for breakfast. I look forward to coming back to this hotel again.The staff was very nice and professional!
My 2 night stay was perfect. Everything was excellent. I will continue to stay there on my trips to Erie. Breakfast was great, the room most comfortable, WiFi availability excellent and the staff was most accommodating in all aspects. The hotel was super clean! This was another perfect stay!
