Asked for extra pillows with pillow cases and there was dried blood on them. Did not change them out. The bathroom was very dirty as well. Was supposed to be a queen bed and was given a full bed to sleep on. No extra rooms available to be transferred to. Breakfast included choices from one muffin and one nutrigrain bar to choose from, and I was there early. Never re-stocked.

Lobby smelled of cigarettes. Carpet in our room needed a clean. Generally clean room otherwise. No staff at front desk until 3 pm

Staff was very nice and helpful. I had the worst night sleep in my life because the bed was rock hard. In the morning, I called the front desk to share my concerns and we discovered my mattress was upside down! They were surprised and apologetic. Happy they were nice about it. But this is unacceptable!

Very convenient location. Quiet and secure area. Ample free parking.

After making my reservation in advance, and paying on the orbitz site, I arrived to the hotel I scheduled only to find out that my room had been canceled due to overbooking by Orbitz. My reservation was not honored, Orbitz supposedly still has my money so I have not been refunded, and I had to scramble to find another place that's dog friendly with availability. This led to me having to pay $178 for a night at the Red Roof Inn, not including the money that I lost from Orbitz. Epic fail, Orbitz. Will never use you again, not stay at an Extended Stay ever again.

Location was perfect for my purposes. Staff was incredible especially Kelcee (hope I got the name right). She checked us in and was very friendly and helpful.

The staff was great but the hotel was a little outdated.

Hotel is situated in a beautiful area. Warm welcome from Staci. Was in town for an animal rescue and would definitely stay here again. Clean and comfortable.

The room was very nice..staff was very friendly and courteous. I didn't want to go out to eat, so the kitchenette was perfect for me.

Good location for us. Nice fast food restaurants, especially an Indian place called Curry Up (or something cute like that)

Overall, a pretty good choice. Friendly staff, nice size room. However, terrible TV reception, no ice machine in whole hotel, yet they don't fill ice trays in the room, so no ice. Elevator reaked of cigarette smoke!

Everything seemed in good condition. The room had everything we needed. Just know that there is no hair dryer and breakfast is lame. The hall smelled like cigarette smoke and so did my CPAP machine when I got home. Weird.

Room had s very strong orange smell to it , when we pulled sheet back , bed was soak with water and orange cleaning fluid where maid tried to clean blue ink spots that was on and in sheets , talk to front desk , instead of dealing with the problem at hand , wanted to know why it took so long to report it , finally receive another room at 11:30 pm . Then 6 hrs later fire alarm went off and sent everyone out .fire dept came and asked if they had fix the alarm since the last time .response from desk no , lucky no fire another false alarm

I stay in a couple hotels a month. This place was located where I needed a room, and the room itself was clean, I got what I paid for
