Location is great, right near Kings Island, as the name indicates. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was very, very basic but it was clean and functional, just a bit old and maybe rough around the edges. The main disappointment was the breakfast…poor quality and limited options. I made a similar remark about the breakfast on another review (nothing extreme, I simply said breakfast was no good) and the hotel took the time to email me personally, which was an indicator that they actually do care. If you need a place to crash after a day at Kings Island, I would recommend this property.

They were very nice and understanding. My niece and her kids needed a place to stay because they couldn’t pay their electric bill and they had no electricity so I put them up here and the people were just amazingly kind and helpful and I appreciate them very much

Although it is a renovated hotel, it was super nice & clean!! Beds & pillows were so comfortable! Towels, handtowels & washclothes were just the perfect thickness! I don't like thick heavy bath accessories. Dining area was well kept & so clean. The lady stayed on top of keeping the breakfast items stocked & the area clean. A man was out very early sweeping trash up from parking area. Will definitely stay here again! Rates were very reasonable too!

The room was large for the room type. It had comfortable and clean beds. The bathroom was nice and looked like it had been undated pretty recently. It was easy to find parking near our room too. I will definitely book at this hotel again when I’m in the Cincinnati area!
