Very nice, safe and easy

The hotel is in a great location, but it is dated and not very clean. In serious need of updated and time to replace the carpet. We had visited before and it wasn't too bad, this time, was not very nice and dirty. We will stay somewhere else next time.

Stayed 6 nights. Room service only brought clean towels and wash clothes 1 time. Had to take out our own trash to every day except for 1 day. Other than poor room service it was a ok stay.

The location to go to the Cincinnati Open is great. You can cut through the trees and be at the tournament in a matter of minutes. No driving no waiting in really long traffic to get there and or leave. The facility- you get what you pay for. Functional room not much else

Bed bugs!!!

No breakfast ! Coffee from a machine....nothing else...even though "breakfast" was definitely included. .... The price is low enough...so I wasn't about to get another room....fortunately....a Waffle House was close by.....Perkins too !

I've stayed at this location many times to visit Kings Island. It used to be in the $50 range per night. I paid $90 for one night and the property looks as if it is in the same condition as my past visits. It serves its purpose. But, if the prices stay like this I will go elsewhere.

We always stay here due tennis tournament. 5 years in a row now
