Great location close to King's Island. Nice that shuttle service is provided to the park. The room was clean and comfortable, however the bathroom configuration was strange.

Great value and clean

Had a very positive stay. Staff was very friendly and attentive. Our room was spacious, though very minimal herniated, worked for our family of 5 to all sleep comfortably. Room and bedding all looked, felt and smelled clean. Towels had a very slight burned/cigarette smell but is was minor. Hotel is being updated and wasn’t sure if we had an update room but regardless is was in decent condition. Would stay again without hesitation.

The property obviously needs updated. It was satisfactory enough for our family vacation due to the convenience of the shuttle to and from Kings Island. The staff was very friendly. I was disappointed that our "sofa beds" were actually like a futon type of bed and not an actual bed and when we pulled them out they were filthy underneath, it looked like they had not been moved to vacuum under in weeks. There were lost toys, crumbs, bottle caps etc. Pool was nice, breakfast was also decent.

Great bed. Really nice, soft and smooth bedding. I sleep best in a warm bed in a cool room, and the bed and the air conditioner both deliver on that. The breakfast is also pretty good. I love biscuits and sausage gravy. And for the price, its great.
