No breakfast ! Coffee from a machine....nothing else...even though "breakfast" was definitely included. .... The price is low enough...so I wasn't about to get another room....fortunately....a Waffle House was close by.....Perkins too !
I've stayed at this location many times to visit Kings Island. It used to be in the $50 range per night. I paid $90 for one night and the property looks as if it is in the same condition as my past visits. It serves its purpose. But, if the prices stay like this I will go elsewhere.

Staff was unable to find my reservation and made me pay twice for my room. And made me wait for an hour in their lobby before I could check in. Then the keys would not open the room and we had to go back to the lobby again for new keys. Room was dirty
Loved the Free Shuttle to Kings Island - Loved the dining options within walking distance also. Lots of children at the Pool into the wee hours of the night - would have been nice if it were Adults only from say 10pm-Midnight. Enjoyable experience overall. =)
The place had everything that is important. The room was clean and in good working order. Staff was polite and cheerful. Excellent value!
worst hotel i have ever stay at room keys would not work went back to front desk they said that they gave us three keys because they don't work have the time. the electric out let did not work, the door knob for the bathroom was failing off walls in the tube room were cracked. surprising that this would be part off the wyndham group.
The motel was fine. Clean, quite and affordable. It was a good 4 but did not make it to a excellent 5.
