Staff was nice, but roach in bathroom, smelly room and bathroom conditions just not up to date.
Day 1 of checkin we saw a roach crawl out of heat/ac unit. Made staff aware; he came to room and checked; we didnt see anything then. He was honest and stated that problems with roaches happen every once in a while. Dander and dust noted beside beds - place not cleaned properly. Visible soil noted on wall that could be cleaned off with soap and water By Day 2 in the night we had gone to bed and then they were crawling around room. Made them aware again and cut our stay short that day; found another hotel. Will be seeking refund.

The breakfast was lacking. I know help is hard to find but things were not replenished.
Hotel is fine. What you'd expect. A little difficult to navigate to and the big shared truck parking lot makes it less than inviting. The staff was nice, the bed was nice, overall an enjoyable stay.
The toilet seat was coming off, very loose. There was hair on the shower wall, not thoroughly clean. The alarm clock was not working the light bulb was out in tow of the lamps and the sink was clogged up.
Property was not clean. Carpet stains everywhere, bathroom was dirty, the entire room looked like it hadn’t been cleaned. I just used it to sleep, I wasn’t there during the day. I was scared to touch anything. I wouldn’t stay there EVER again
Rooms were dirty and not very well kept. Bath tub was cracked and there were pieces or wrappers and dirt and hair all in the corners of the bathroom. There was a huge red stain on the floor that greeted me when I opened the door to the room and a bad smell of stale cigarettes was in the hallway and room of a non smoking area. I literally walked in and walked right back out after inspections for cleanliness. I handed the front desk the keys back and had to go and find a new room. Unfortunately, it was a non refundable room so I lost $200. For a room that costs $200 per night, I am highly disappointed and disgusted at how dirty it was. I wish I could get a refund. Never staying at a comfort inn again.
It was difficult to get to the hotel off of the freeway. There was mold around the ceiling in the bathroom where there had been a leak, and there was mold around the base of the shower as well. The commode had dirt around it's base, which is just a matter of cleaning. The room smelled musty upon entering it. We were exhausted and opted to stay, but would not stay again.
The bathroom floors could be cleaner. The first room had a roach bug crawling up the wall by the thermostat. I killed the bug and attempted to contact the front desk however the phone did not work. I went to the front desk and was allowed to change rooms.
