Don't stay here if you like to sleep. Crying babies, barking dogs, thumping music, and loud televisions can all be heard through the walls. Add that to the plastic mattress covers that are uncomfortable and allow the fitted sheet to slip, plus there are no coffee makers in the rooms. This location was convenient to the office i was visiting, but that's where the convenience ended. I would NOT stay here again. That said, the staff was friendly.

Paperwork was printed in advance, everything ready when checking in. Room was nice - however high dusting needed on tub surround. There was a layer of dust on the entire top edge. Hallway from elevator to room - needed vacuuming - lots of debris on floor.

Had to stand in a vestibule and call someone to check us in because we arrived at 10:30pm. Not that big of an issue but it had been a long day of travel. We get up to our room and there is a single pillow next to an empty pillowcase on the bed. My boyfriend went down and knocked on the check-in door to ask for a second pillow and was told they “don’t do extra things” here. Exact words. I didn’t realize a single pillow per person was considered EXTRA?! The photo on the room when we booked clearly showed two pillows on the bed. Truly, truly insane. My boyfriend had to sleep on a rolled up blanket that we had packed in our luggage. At a hotel. That we paid to sleep at. I would never in my wildest dreams recommend this place or stay at one of these again. Bathroom also had mold.
