I will say the beds were comfortable and the sheets were soft and clean! However the rest of it was Filthy! I actually scrubbed all the surfaces before my family arrived. My adult children and significant others were coming for a family weekend and Lions game. The smell was awful! I ran to Walmart and purchased cleaning supplies and room fresheners. I had two (two bedroom) suites. There was only one tiny trash can per suite. The bathroom shower was out of conditioner. One bathroom looked like someone was shooting up. Blood splatters on the wall. The staff was very nice! I’m sure they need more help. My family had a great time as the space of the rooms were great! The hotel was booked so asking for a new room was not possible. I prepaid on Expedia so I didn’t ask at the front desk for a discounted rate. We made the best of it. Mostly we were happy to have a place that had the space we were looking for.

Room was dirty and dingy. Too many people smoking around the property. Dog waste not cleaned up. Unsafe due to door being propped open.

I saw a cockroach in the room, which was very unpleasant. One of the bedside lamps didn’t have a bulb, so it was useless. On top of that, the phone in the room didn’t work because it wasn’t even connected — there was no cord.

Checked in, got to room, had a terrible odor. Bedding smelled awful couldn't rest my head for more than a few minutes. Mosquitos flying around. Awful experience then was refused a refund by the manager. Left the hotel after an hour. Couldn't bare the smell. No refund was given.

Vessi (the friendly eastern european woman) At the front desk was amazing! Super friendly, funny, and extremely helpful. She is the main reason the review was so positive. Upon walking into the building I was in, there was an immediate smell that was noticed. A mixture of hard water and canine/feline urine overwhelmed the nostrils. However, upon entering my room, I was delighted to find it clean and tidy with a stove (although the oven was FILTHY), microwave, and good sized fridge. Apart from the woman who abandoned her 4 year old two rooms down from me (who cried and cried and cried until I came out from my room and consoled him, understandably of course), the property was mostly quiet and relaxing. For the price I paid, I was fairly pleased overall.

It’s a room to sleep. That’s it. There was a dirty towel on the floor at the front door of my room and an insect inside the fridge. Interesting things about the kitchen: there’s a package to make coffee on the coffee maker, but there’s no coffee maker. There are pans and plates but no utensils. The toaster was all greasy. The bathroom was fine and the bed was comfy.
