The location was excellent! The hotel itself is charming and beautiful. Our room was very clean and the bed very comfortable.
Great location - walking distance to Oxford Street (great shopping!) and James Street (great restaurants). Staff was also very helpful.
Elegant boutique hotel, full of pieces of art, helpful staff, clean and cozy. But my single room was very small, had a hard time moving around. It had a nice view to the back garden.

Excellent service. Staff was accommodating and flexible. Hotel was located in a quiet area. Room was on the smaller size, but typical in London. Amenities were good.

From the initial booking and later speaking to Emma, who made me feel confident that I had made the correct choice for a fabulous hotel break, the rest of the team were all of a high standard, and together, they worked as great ambassadors for No. 11 and treated their guests with the utmost kindness, ...

We had 2 rooms, 1 double and 1 single for our teenage daughter. The single was small but worked great for her. Our double was on the top floor which did require a flight of stairs above the top floor of the incredibly small elevator. The hotel is nice, spacious and comfortable. There was free breakfast ...

Beautifully upgraded older hotel in walking distance from Waverly train station and all the tourist spots. Princess Street, castle, Royal Mile, etc.
Feb 15 - Feb 16
Property was in a perfect location for tourists. Owner was on site, and as the rest of the staff, extremely helpful and courteous.
The staff are terrific but the facility is quite dates, the rooms are small and shades of brown and beige. And the bathrooms, while functional, are also small and showing their age. Once the hotel is renovated from top to bottom I look forward to going back.

While this claims to be an upscale property, beware. During our stay in August we were victims of a robbery at the hotel. The security is lagging and they let in an older lady into the property that wandered around and managed to steal several items from various rooms. Police report was filed and ...
We had quite a few issues with our stay here. The bathtub in our first room still had water in it and was not draining. We called maintenance and had it fixed. Then when we took a shower, large amounts of water was spilling onto the bathroom floor due to a faulty shower door. Unhappy with the room, ...

Everything about the property was good. Just the oddness of reception desk on the 6th floor and rooms are feom 1st to 5th floor. Wich makes it unique.
Jan 24 - Jan 25
The hotel might have nicer rooms on higher floors but we were in room 1 on the basement level below ground. Room 1 needs updating, it had a musty mold smell and everything from the tile work to the trim looks like it was installed by amateurs. Don’t get excited for the minibar ours only had one sample ...

The staff was friendly and accommodating. I will be back.
